The Imperial Hotel is in need of decoration but the room was clean. A little noisy from traffic noise otherwise the staff were very helpful and pleasant. London is a marvellous place to visit. Read more

If you are looking to stay 5-10 minutes walk from Oxford Street, and not too bothered about luxury, this is the place for you. Don't expect plush furnishings or anything fancy here. Hotel clean, friendly staff and good priced parking facility. Great position for Hampstead and surrounding area. Visit the local parks Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath. Hampstead has great local eateries and pubs all within walking distance. Read more

Overall the hotel was in a good location, our room was quiet, and clean. Two gripes about breakfasts, no yogurt, and the tea and coffee was awful. We don’t eat cooked breakfast (which looked good) so lack of basics was a disappointment. Read more

Spent the weekend in London for my friends 50th Birthday. The hotel was basic but clean. Hairdryer was in the room. No fridge or safe but we didn't need that. Toiletries - only soap, so remember to bring your own. Staff were friendly. Pub on site was really good as was the Pizza restaurant.... Read more
