We went for a couple of days with a coach trip. We didn't stay at the resort overnight. I am so glad we opted to do 2 days at this theme park as you can queue for quite some time and havn't then got enough time to do the rides you want to do in 1 day. We didn't get to do the haunted house as the queue was too long every time we passed and the legoland app said 60 minutes wait time all day. Don't always beleive the app either, several rides said 30/40 mins wait time but as we were passing them they were very low queue's and we got on within 5 minutes. (After 3pm and the park was a bit quieter). We are aware this park is aimed at up to 12 years old but we have been before when our 13/14 year olds were younger so we did know what to expect and they wanted to go again. Now onto the food, not enough outlets to accommodate the amount of people in the park. Kiosks that only sell hotdogs, no other foods and these were £4.99, you sort of expect it but still expensive. The kiosk need more choice and not all kiosks were open!! Why on such a busy weekend? There was a pasta/pizza place and a burger place that we saw but queues were massive. We did buy the refill drink as we found it well worth it to us on a hot day. I do think however that they need more stations to fill up at as most you have to queue for and some take a while to get served. They also need more toilets in each area as they are a bit spread out. Positives: Our teenagers did like the rides they got on. The staff we encountered were mainly very friendly and helpful. The park seemed very clean in all areas we went. Drink refills worth it for us. Wouldn't return? I am afraid not, ours are too old now I think. Collapse
Should be better

A term time two day weekend visit with a 6,7 and 12 year old. Being a warm weekend I did not expect the place to be empty and queues to be minimal. What I do expect from a theme park is for the rides to have a decent up time (throughout the day on their live app there would be one or more "closed" because of issues). This in turn put pressure on the other rides and increased wait times. The fact we had a two day ticket and still missed two of the big rides because of lack of time is somewhat telling. The train ride was also closed and it being used for training (at a weekend?!?!). The biggest issue was the concession stands. Aside from being needlessly expensive (but hey, they aren't the only attraction in the UK that suffers this issue), the staff that manned them were slow and generally incompetent. I waited at an ice cream stand for 20 minutes and the queue did not move. The quick Pasta stand we had to wait for over 15 minutes for our food (that was 15 mins after ordering, not including waiting time). In the interests of balance, the positives... As for the rest of the park, it was generally clean and well kept. Rides were enjoyable and there is something for everyone. It's a shame it lacks the commitment from the staff (and management?) to make it a great day out. Collapse

How people can write good reviews about this place absolutely baffles me. It’s way overpriced, shabby, long queues for rides, lots of rides and amenities closed. Also be aware of car park thieves in their car parks. This happened to us,stole brand new spare wheel from under the car. Obviously they had gone there with the right tools. Apparently this is not an uncommon problem. Will cost us £300+ for new wheel. Why do people in the uk just sit back and accept second best ? Will never return or recommend Legoland to anyone. Great family day out with lots to do for all ages. Can be pricey if you don’t have vouchers to use. Steep hills in and out of the park! Very busy at the weekends.

Certainly not what it used to be. Overpriced tickets, rubbish food, rude staff, long questions and boring rides.
