Stopping first at the German Military Cemetery of Vladso to see the sculptures of Kathe Kollwitz (Grieving Parents), the tour will then visit the “Trench of Death” in the small city of Diksmuide. This is also the perfect opportunity to see the impressive “Gate of Peace” and the Ijzertower. After passing along the Peace Mill and the Canadian Monument in St. Julien, you will then arrive in Passchendaele where thousands of men lost their lives during the terrible battles of WWI.
