About Les Misérables: The All-Star Staged Concert

Starring Michael Ball (Javert), Alfie Boe (Jean Valjean), Carrie Hope Fletcher (Fantine), and Matt Lucas (Thénardier), this concert extravaganza of Cameron Mackintosh’s ‘Les Misérables’ is not to be missed. With a cast and orchestra of over 65, the highly anticipated concert will run for just 16 weeks between 10th August and 30th November – with demand for tickets expected to be extremely high. The performances will take place at the Gielgud Theatre and include a star-studded cast of the musical’s most famous names.

Please note: John Owen-Jones will play Jean Valjean instead of Boe on Wednesday matinees and Monday and Thursday evenings.

The Story

Set during the French Revolution, Les Misérables tells the story of Jean Valjean – a prisoner of 19 years who breaks his parole to start a new life. But with police inspector Javert eager to hunt him down, will Valjean reveal his disguise? A heart-warming story of love and friendship that will make you laugh, cry, and most definitely sing along.
