Making its way to the Welsh capital of Cardiff, The Bodyguard is set to wow audiences once again after a successful run on London's West End. Alexandra Burke stars as Rachel Marron - her acclaimed performance in this romantic musical is not to be missed.

The Story

The Bodyguard musical follows the tale of former Secret Service agent turned bodyguard, Frank Farmer who is hired to protect superstar singer Rachel Marron from her mysterious stalker. With a power struggle that turns into a passionate romance, The Bodyguard musical is an iconic romantic thriller.

History of The Bodyguard

The Bodyguard musical is based on the popular Hollywood blockbuster starring Whitney Houston. The stage adaptations features some of Whitney Houston’s greatest hits including I Wanna Dance With Somebody and I Will Always Love You. The show first opened in London’s West End in December 2012 to much acclaim and has since enjoyed regional success as well as West End praise.
