Wet Wet Wet announce comeback to mark anniversary
Date Posted: 27/03/12

Scottish pop rock band Wet Wet Wet are to perform in a one-off concert this summer to mark their 25th anniversary.
Fans of the Clydebank quintet can book Glasgow hotels for Friday, July 20th to see the band's first show in nearly five years, which takes place at Glasgow Green.
Although they formed at school in 1982, they did not release their debut single Wishing I Was Lucky until 1987, from the album Popped In Souled Out released the same year.
During their career, Wet Wet Wet had 27 hit singles and sold over 15 million records.
The band's lead singer Marti Pellow said: "To get to play all those classic pop songs in my hometown will make it a special day for the fans and us."
After making the announcement about the concert at Glasgow City Chambers, the group performed the songs Love is all Around, Goodnight Girl and Temptation, to show that they still have what it takes.
