Singles night to be held on Valentine's Day at Bristol art gallery
Date Posted: 16/01/12
Valentine's Day will be celebrated at the Royal West of England Academy (RWA) next month with a special night for singles.
Taking place on Tuesday February 14th, art lovers can book Bristol hotels and meet other like-minded people in the surrounds of the city's first gallery of its kind.
Those looking for love will be able to peruse current exhibitions, including work by Bryan May, while glasses of wine will be on hand to ease the nerves.
RWA is currently home to Damien Hirst: Charity, while Martyn Colbeck: Wildlife Photography shows off a dramatic exhibition of fine art of African elephants, featuring images which have appeared in some of the world's biggest nature publications.
Also taking place at the venue during February will be a Developing Photoshop Skills course hosted by Stephen Morris on Saturday February 11th, while a musical tribute to Margaret Gregory can be heard on Sunday February 19th.
