Scouting for Girls to headline Loopallu
Date Posted: 03/09/12
Scouting for Girls have been revealed as the Saturday headline band at Loopallu in Scotland this September.
Music fans attending the two-day festival should book short breaks to the village of Ullapool for Friday, September 21st and Saturday, September 22nd.
Recently reformed band The Fratellis are to join Scouting for Girls to headline the Friday, playing their first live show since getting back together earlier this year.
Other bands on the bill include Scottish rockers Kassidy, The Staves, Public Service Broadcasting, Naked Strangers, Miniature Dinosaurs, Rachel Sermanni and Brown Bear and the Bandits.
As well as the exciting array of bands playing Loopallu, there will be a number of fringe events going on after the music has stopped in the village's pubs.
Tickets begin at £25 for the day and £75 for the full weekend with camping. Gates to the festival open at 16:00 GMT on Friday and 12:00 GMT on the Saturday.
