Much Ado About Nothing is a play of "intelligence and heart"

Much Ado About Nothing has been described as a production which features both "intelligence and heart".
Charles Spencer, reviewing the play for the Daily Telegraph, said that Josie Rourke's take on Shakespeare's romantic comedy is witty and inventive.
It stars David Tennant and Catherine Tate and is currently running at Wyndham's in front of those booking theatre breaks until Thursday September 1st.
"The chemistry Tennant and Tate established in Dr Who survives in their performances as the disputatious lovers. Tennant, an old hand at Shakespeare, brings a fine mixture of wit, cynicism and sudden love-struck wonder to Benedick, speaks the language with Scottish-accented clarity, and proves highly sympathetic but never ingratiating," Mr Spencer added.
Reviews on the production's website were equally gushing in praise, with Becki Perry stating that it is a "must see", while AB UK said that the cast told the story excellently and were clearly well rehearsed.
