More Britons looking for short breaks

Brits are looking to relax and unwind by taking domestic short breaks, according to an expert.
Sarah Long, spokesperson for VisitEngland, said that since 2009 the staycation has grown in popularity.
She noted that this was as a direct result of the credit crunch, while many could now be staying in the UK after trying domestic trips for the first time.
"That gave those people who took a holiday at home - who wouldn't usually have taken one - the opportunity to rediscover a destination on their doorstep. Now we have found that over half the population plan to take more breaks at home than they did in the past," Ms Long added.
Recently, VisitEngland revealed its top visitor attractions in the UK, with the British Museum in London coming out on top, having welcomed 5.84 million people through its doors in 2010.
Other venues which finished high up in the list included the Tate Modern and the Natural History Museum.
