Huge winter gigs announced for London
Date Posted: 04/07/14
Right now most music fans are naturally concentrating on the fantastic festival season that lies ahead, which kicked off with a bang at Glastonbury a week ago. However, there's no reason why the curtain should come down on all the fun when the summer ends, which is why now is a good time to start planning your musical city breaks around the UK for later in the year.
As always, London will be hosting some massive gigs during the colder months of the year, and anyone who didn't make it to Kasabian's amazing headline performance at Glastonbury will have the chance to see the band playing live at the O2 Academy in Brixton from December 1st to 7th.
If that's not your thing, however, then you may be interested in seeing The Who instead, with Roger Daltrey and co having just announced plans to play at the O2 Arena in North Greenwhich on December 17th.
Tickets for both of these gigs have only just gone on sale, but with demand expected to be high, anyone who wants to attend is advised to act sooner rather than later in order to avoid disappointment.
