Horrible Histories is Touring!
Date Posted: 14/11/13
Horrible Histories is renowned for entertaining children and adults alike, and now it is taking a number of its theatrical presentations to theatres around Britain.
From November 14th until January 5th, the company is putting on Barmy Britain Part II at London’s Garrick Theatre.
This addresses questions such as could you beat Boudicca? Has William Wallace met his match? Is evil Elizabeth able to entertain England? Will King Charles keep his head?
On February 14th and 15th, audiences in Dunfermline in Scotland will be able to learn about the Awful Egyptians and Terrible Tudors.
Meanwhile, people in Salford are invited to enjoy Barmy Britain from April 29th to May 3rd.
Horrible Histories is written by the brilliant Terry Deary - the world’s best selling non-fiction writer for children. The production brings history to life, using actors and stunning 3D special effects.
This is a great production for families to incorporate on short breaks - not only is it a thoroughly enjoyable experience, but the kids will go back to school having learned a little something.
