Harrogate readies itself for 2011 beer festival
Date Posted: 03/12/10
The 2011 Harrogate Charity Beer Festival is fast-approaching, with a number of local brews already announced for the event.
Daleside, Mordue, Roosters, Thornbridge and Goose Eye are all confirmed, with many more companies also supplying their ales for guests to try out.
Furthermore, a host of ciders, bottled beers, and soft drinks will all be served, with visitors being given a guide so that they can experience the difference between a pale ale and a mild one.
It is the ideal event for those booking Harrogate hotels next year, as it takes place at the town's International Centre between Thursday 24th and Saturday 26th February.
Entertainment will be supplied in the shape of the Harrogate Brass Band on the Thursday evening, while White Van Man will be present on the Friday.
On the Saturday, guests can mix their beer testing with watching England take on France in the Six Nations, with local band Kasiuss finishing off the festival in the evening.
