Sci-fi actress Eve Myles has been named in the cast of West End play All New People.
She is following in the footsteps of her Torchwood co-star John Barrowman by making the move to the stage, and will join Zach Braff and Susannah Fielding in the comedy.
Directed by Peter DuBois, the production opens at the Duke of York's theatre on Friday February 24th, with those booking London hotels able to see previews from Wednesday February 22nd.
"I'm delighted to have been cast as the character of Emma in such a well anticipated and funny play. Having concentrated on TV work recently I'm excited to be returning to the stage and I'm very much looking forward to working with Zach," Myles said on her casting.
As part of the star-studded cast, Braff, who is known for appearing in Scrubs, will take on the role of Charlie, while Doctor Who's Fielding has stage credits including The Merchant of Venice.
Currently, The Duke of York's theatre is showing Backbeat, which has been described by the Independent as a "dynamic blast of a production".
