Billy Elliot: The Musical is dancing into 2011 with the news that its run will continue until the end of next year.
People booking London theatre breaks will now be able to enjoy the production at the Victoria Palace Theatre until Saturday December 17th 2011, having originally opened on Wednesday May 11th 2005.
It currently features Genevieve Lemon, Martin Marquez, Tom Lorcan, Diane Langton and Chris McGlade.
They play out the now-famous story of a boy from Tyneside, who ignores his father's pleas to learn to box and instead becomes fascinated with ballet.
In October this year, it was announced that more than three million patrons had now attended the Victoria Palace Theatre to watch the production, which has gained rave reviews since it first opened.
Recently, Jamie Bell, who played the role of Billy Elliot in the 2000 film, was named as one of the richest youngsters in Britain, with nearly £3 million to his name.
