A Chorus Line makes West End return at the London Palladium
Date Posted: 11/09/12
Broadway spectacular A Chorus Line will open at the London Palladium on Tuesday, February 19th.
Returning 37 years after it made its West End debut in 1975, the show will be a tribute to composer Marvin Hamlisch, who died earlier this year.
The musical tells the story of Broadway dancers auditioning for a chorus line and was penned by James Kirkwood, who won a host of awards for the play, including the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
Fans of the longest running New York musical will be able to attend previews on London theatre breaks from Saturday, February 2nd, with booking for the show extending to Saturday, July 13th.
Tickets start at just £19.50 for the nine-time Tony Award-winning musical, although there will be a £10 discount for the preview sessions.
For theatre fans booking hotels in London before the new year, the London Palladium will be staging a limited season performance of Scrooge, starring Tommy Steele, from Wednesday, October 24th.
