How do I book a concert and event break?

To make a theatre break on the website, go to the concerts and events page. From this page, if you know what event you want to see, you can either select the event using the search form or on-page promotions. From the event details page, select an available date from the calendar. And Read more  Read more information then, depending upon what appears next to the calendar, either enter your hotel search criteria and search for event + hotel packages or, if the package is only available with certain hotels, select your preferred hotel.

What confirmation will I receive after making my event booking?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your booking is complete. Back up documentation including your invoice and event tickets will be forwarded by post. Event tickets will be despatched from our office unless stated otherwise.

What’s included in the price of a concert and event break?

All prices on the hotel search results page include your accommodation and event tickets. A complete price breakdown will be shown when you have selected your room type and moved on to the next page, before you complete your booking. All prices include service and VAT. We don’t charge any credit card or booking fees so the price you see on the Review & Add Read more  Read more information page is your final price.

Can I buy event tickets on their own? specialise in short break packages and as such, we only sell event tickets with hotel accommodation to provide a combined short break experience.

When will I get my event tickets?

For bookings outside of 5 working days before departure event tickets will be posted with your confirmation invoice unless otherwise stated. For bookings inside this period or bookings from overseas, we will contact you by telephone or email to advise alternative ticketing arrangements. My event tickets haven’t arrived, what do I do?

In some cases theatre shows do not release their tickets until 7 days prior to travel. In this instance you will be notified either at the time of booking or with a clearly marked invoice stating tickets to follow.

What if I need to change my concert and event break reservation?

You must contact Superbreak to amend or cancel your reservation, not the event venue or hotel directly. An administration or cancellation charge will apply. What age is classed as a child?

This varies between events. If you require further information, please call 01904 717 362 (calls charged at standard rates) and our call centre staff will advise accordingly.

Can I book concert and event breaks at short notice?

Event breaks can only be booked up to 5 days before the stay date to ensure that the event tickets can be posted to you in time. In some cases, tickets can be left at the venue for collection and are therefore bookable through our call centre up to and including the day of travel. Do I pay a booking fee for concert and event breaks?

No - We also guarantee not to change the price after your booking has been confirmed.

I can’t find any availability for the date I want to go to the event, what can I do?

We may have sold out of allocation this day, try picking another day. Alternatively you can call our reservation team on 01904 717 362 (calls charged at standard rates) who will do their best to meet your requirements.

What if I need special facilities at the event venue?

If you have any special requirements please contact our Reservations Team to make your booking on 01904 717 362 (calls charged at standard rates) or email before making a booking.

What happens if my event is cancelled?

If for any reason the event has been cancelled you will be informed at the earliest possible time.
