Dog friendly accommodation on the beach. Average hotel. Comfy beds. Indoor pool area dark and wet from condensation. Room on first floor across from the pool smelled of chlorine. Great beach access and view. Great breakfast delivered to the room.

I selected this hotel for their pet policy and very reasonable pet deposit. Upon arrival, I found the staff to be very courteous and there was ample parking. The hotel was undergoing remodeling due to storm damage but the inside was clean. The room was well kept and everything was in good working order. The hotel is not within walking distance of the main area. I was seeking a good rate so that I could have dinner in the area, walk on the beach and enjoy the sunrise. I was pleased with my stay and the hotel added to the pleasant experience. Collapse
ROACHES!! REFUND IS NECESSARY! FREE ROOMS FOR THE FUTURE SHOULD BE GIVEN TOO! TERRIBLE.

When I I woke up to take a shower in the morning, there are at least five or six roaches in the bathtub and all around the bathroom. I've been a member for about 5 years and this is by far the worst travel experience I've had. I think anybody should have to pay for that kind of negligence and I think the best thing is to send me some coupons for free rooms at Wyndham Resorts. I paid for an upgrade for my room which they refunded, but I still don't feel that's enough. Collapse

The place is perfect, a little out of the way but this is nice during the summer when it is crowded.

At check in everything went pretty smooth. I booked my hotel online through Priceline. There was no option to say you were bringing a pet, just said pet friendly so I made sure to call the hotel & let them know before I showed up just to confirm. There was no issue with that. Once checked in we parked the car. Parking isn’t that great. During the night someone backed into my car leaving a huge place on the back driver side bumper. When reported to the front desk they said they do no have cameras and they do not take vehicle information at check in so there was no way of knowing who did it. All she said was she would take my information and if anyone said anything she would let me know. Never heard another word about it. We were on a pet friendly floor. Dogs on both side of our room. The walls are thin and you could here every little thing happening in the hallway & rooms. That was fine though, until we were out shopping and someone complained about the noise in my room. We rushed back to the hotel thinking the dogs were barking and they were in their beds asleep. Not saying they were not barking, just that (1) it’s a pet floor so if you don’t want to hear dogs probably shouldn’t stay on that floor, (2) at $25 per pet per night my dog could bark to her hearts desier and no one should say a word if it’s in the middle of the day! (3) there were litterally dogs in every room & they would all bark every time someone was in the hallway or something made a noise (they’re dogs, they bark, get over it) ... Anyways, the bathroom had dried dirty spot under the sink when we checked in, not sure what it was but the dog managed to get it all over her. There was a roach in the bathroom soap dish (alive) we killed it and flushed it. The beds were pretty comfortable & covers seemed clean. The room was pretty clean other than the roach and dirty spot in the bathroom. Room service was kind of pricy. $47 for 2 Cobb salads & 2 sweet teas. The sweet tea was AMAZING! Loved it. The salads were good as well. Not $47 good, but we were tired from our trip and checked in late and didn’t feel like going out so it worked! All and all I would stay at this hotel again if I wanted to take a quick trip to the beach just because of the location and the dog friendly surrounding shops. I wouldn’t stay for a long period of time though. Collapse
