What a fantastic experience! My fiancé and I stayed at the hotel on the 4th May and everything was outstanding! Especially the staff (Ali in particular), our beautiful and exceptionally clean room, the lovely pool, billiard room and the out-of-this-world fine dining experience at Noelle's. We felt so welcome throughout and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, value for money and we'll always remember our stay, thank you so much, will definitely return. Collapse

We have unfortunately returned from an absolutely fantastic 2 night stay at Ysgawen Hall Hotel. The staff were all warm, welcoming and polite, which made us feel very special. Our room was very well presented, clean with full facilities and a garden view. The house itself is very impressive, whether relaxing in the bar or reading in the library. The breakfast was excellent and for one night we had an evening meal in the Grill, which was fantastic. We also made full free use of the spa and had a couple of spa treatments, which were very good value for money and as they state the best and only spa in Anglesey. Overall you would be mad not to pay Ysgawen Hall Hotel a visit. Collapse

The-Ysgawen Hall Hotel is a real pearl in the beautiful countryside on Anglesey. The hotel staff were both friendly and professional and in particular Tina, Aziz and Fran. The room and hotel were very good value for money and the Deluxe Afternoon Cream Tea was Fabulous and best washed down with a nice Bottle of Prosecco! The Gym, Pool and Spa facility is also a jewel and very well managed and maintained. This was our first visit to Tre-Ysgawen and we will certainly be visiting again very soon. Collapse

We stayed for 2 nights as a birthday treat and from arrival, when were embellished with a superbly warm greeting from the very helpful Tina, loved our stay. The hotel has a lovely feeling - hard to explain how - but it's fabulous somehow without being overly grand. Staff are attentive and not aloof, lots of 'hellos' which is lovely. The spa is amazing, very modern gym and beautiful pool, with steam room and sauna to complement it. There was a large event on but this didn't make a difference to the service we received - we ate both nights in the restaurant. The very helpful young lady in The Grill brought my partner a special birthday drink when learnt is was her birthday - not expected! We loved both the hotel and Anglesey and will be returning .. to both. Collapse

We have just returned from a pleasant 2 night stay - booked through secret escapes. Everything was just what we were hoping for - including the weather! We ate in the grill which was very good, breakfast was ok - the welsh Rarebit was disappointing (unsliced bread and more rarebit would have been better). Our room (nos 2) was a good size, bottle of Prosseco on ice when we arrived, room clean and view of the garden very pleasant. We also used the SPA - including treatments which added to what was overall a very pleasant weekend. Thank you to all the staff who were both professional and attentive. Collapse
