this is a fantastic place to stay, it is up a steep hill so mobility must be good. The rooms are spacious good clean, reception staff excellent, all speak good English, they very helpful, shop on site run by English lady stocked well. Taxis are little more expensive than last year price varied slightly from 9/11 euros one way. Tram station only 15 minute walk to take you to Alicante or Benidorm central cost 12.80 for 2 people for all day tickets. Good market on a Wednesday just 15 minute walk from apartments. Collapse

Stayed at the Terralta Apartments in Benidorm for 3 nights last week. The apartments are very spacious and very clean. The cost of the accommodation is cheap - less than 120 Euro for a one bedroom apartment. The only downside to the Terralta is their location - which although in a lovely setting, is in the Old Town of Benidorm and up a horrendous hill! There is an hourly bus service from the front door of Terralta to Benidorm Centre for 1.50 Euro - the last service from Terralta is 8.30pm and the last one back to Terralta is 9.30pm. This is no use for a night out but a taxi is between 8-10 Euro. Stayed in Block 4, Room 4205 - not much of a view and no sunshine on the balcony during my stay. I've stayed before in pool view rooms and they are lovely and sunny and have a much nicer outlook. Had the buffet breakfast at the hotel on one of the mornings and it was well worth the 7 Euro. There is also an on site mini market which has a good variety of essentials. All in all really good accommodation. Collapse

Stayed here for 4 days at the beginning of February. For the money we payed, it was a good find. The apartments were clean and spacious. Had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. The cleaners only came once while we were there, but I'm dilute if you needed more towels, you could get some. The food was reasonable. We ate breakfast 3 times and dinner once. The dinner was 12 euro and the breakfast was 7 euro. There was plenty of choice for dinner and was tasty. You had to be down early for the breakfast or it could've been a bit dried up, but still good choice. I would advise bringing your own tea bags and coffee as there not the best. The entertainment in the hotel is limited, but after a few drinks is bearable. Also there is only 1 English TV channel in the rooms, but I don't go on holiday to watch TV. The indoor swimming pool was big and clean. Outdoor pool was also nice, but a bit cold this time of year. The outdoor pool is surrounded by orange trees and is very pretty. Now the hill! Yes it's a bit steep and I can imagine walking up it in the middle of summer is tough, but it's not as bad as some where making out. Me and my sister walked up it twice a day (I'm pregnant) and we found it fine. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the old town. There is a supermarket in the hotel, but we found the supermarket half way down the hill far better and cheaper. Staff are friendly and will help offer assistance when needed. Over all it's a great hotel, especially if you don't want to be in the thick of it. Will definitely return Collapse

The Terralta is in a quiet residential area of Benidorm, well away from the noisy pub and nightclub area of Benidorm. The apartments are large and well appointed. They are clean and towels and linen changed regularly. There is entertainment at weekends, but we never went as it did not start till at least 9.30pm, but we could hear it from our apartment anyway! Our apartment was unfortunately in the block over the reception and games room and bar, and there was regularly noise from the air hockey game, and smokers sitting outside till late. The floors are all tiled so there was constant noise from chairs scraping and heavy footsteps in surrounding apartments. Voices and music also carried well from other apartments. We never went to the restaurant or bar. The mini market was well stocked with basics but did not have any fresh meat, veg or fruit, but there are good supermarkets nearby. Unfortunately only 5 uk channels available at a charge of £3.50 a day unless on long stay, good for soap or sports fans only. Wi-Fi is cheap so watched historical documentaries on YouTube much of the time! It is a good 20 minute walk up or down the hill to main beaches and old town which did not bother us as we love walking, but we met many others who used the regular bus or caught a taxi. The tram station is also a short walk and trams cost 2.30 euros to other quieter resorts. As it was outside school holidays there were few children which suited us fine, but we would hate to visit in busy times. Overall the Terralta is good value accommodation, but, even in winter, a little too noisy and busy for us. We would consider returning but would request a quieter block away from the main area next time. Collapse

Was a very good clean hotel staff were lovely Apartments are spacious air con/heating was free no extra charge. WiFi is one euro per device for your whole stay I paid 2 euro for my and my wife’s phone for the whole two weeks. Tv now is 3 euro per day bit steep depending on how long your staying but recommend bringing a fire stick with Netflix if you can Indoor pool was heated. There are sunbeds on the roof of block 4 with fake grass so closer to the sun. There’s a gym and sauna you have to book a day in advance. Indoor supermarket for last minute things Bar and restaurant ATM machine also in reception with no extra charge Very quite at night it’s away from the strip so know loud partying. It is far from new town but buses are available 7 Euro roughly in a taxi 5 mins walk into old town but can get a bus there also Buses are 1:50 euro 26 bus in old town will take u directly outside the hotel Collapse
