I was staying in staybridge for two weeks and everything was fine. I incidentally had left my chromecast attached to TV and informed the reception very same day of checkout about the same. But i did not get any response from hotel for next 2 days. I again followed up was told that it was not there. They never tried to check it thoroughly. Collapse

Me and my husband decided to choose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I called the Reservation department to inform them that we are celebrating a special occasion and requesting if they can provide a complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary and Reservation confirmed that they can arrange it. From the day of our check-in December 29 I've been sending a lot of emails to Reservation department regarding queries if they have a shuttle in Yas Mall or if we can take a taxi or if the hotel is nearby at the Yas Mall. However, no one bother to response to any of my email. What a very very poor service from Reservations department! Are they not receiving my mail which is a lot of mails by the way to ask a query. Since it was our wedding anniversary, we decided to let it through. However, it became worse and horrible during our stay there. Check-in is perfectly smooth. Salute to the Receptionist who check us in and upgraded us to the next category and even greeted us Happy Anniversary. Superb customer service. We are already in the room and the slipper is only one despite that my room reservation is for two. No bathrobes which we requested from the Operator but it took two times for them to follow up the special request for bathrobes and toothbrush and slippers. Heads up also for the Room Service which they provided us quickly regarding our request. I called Front Desk at night of December 29 to follow up my complimentary cake which they promised to me for our wedding anniversary but they told me that they will check with it. The night of our Anniversary is finished but no cake was been sent. I tried to send again a follow up email on 30th of December to follow up regarding the cake which I sent two times of email from Reservations informing them that we will be checking-out already so hopefully they can still fulfill the thing that they agreed on. However, still no response at all from Reservation Department. REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE at least they communicate with the costumer or even answer that they cannot provide it so that i can buy from outsider. We requested late check-out until 02:00PM which front desk grant us our special request... Superb to Front Desk team. I don't know if I will still stay here in the future or maybe try Crowne Plaza Yas. We are expecting a superb service since it is an IHG Group. Collapse

Stayed here on 9th December for 1 nights. We visited here from Dubai to attend an event at the Du Arena, i was gutted that we only stayed for 1 night as the area and the hotel is absolutely stunning. It was walking distance to the Du Arena (1.5 Miles perhaps) although plenty of taxi's are available, although no uber in this area (yet!) I am an IHG Gold Customer and was upgraded to a club room on arrival, 3ed time in an IHG Hotel in UAE that i have been upgraded. The upgraded room was amazing, although clearly to big for myself and my wife. It had a full open plan living room and kitchen and 2 double bedrooms, it was extremely clean and modern, my only dissapointment was that i wasn't staying there longer. Due to the short stay i did not get chance to try the Gym or Pool, but the pool looked stunning. Free breakfast was provided which was very good with plenty of selection. Collapse

I've rarely really felt the urge to write hotel reviews but based on my recent stay here i think it's about time i gave some recognition. I travelled to Abu Dhabi for F1 Grand Prix. Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted and provided breakfast/coffee whilst my room was readied. I received recognition for my status and was given a room upgrade. I requested an additional bed for my father which was swiftly delivered. Upon having the bed setup, we were having some issues with the safe. The lady delivering the bed overheard and within 15 minutes we had an engineer diagnosing the fault and then replacing the unit. Amazing! The hotel is a great location for the track, breakfast is great considering it is included in the standard room rate and you can also use the CP facilities next door (pool, spa, etc.). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have just booked for 2018! Collapse

During my stay @Staybrige I had faced a lot of problems. Let me enumerate them: ROOM 676 1. Issues with air conditioning. Issue which took at least two weeks to be solved. Seven repair attempts, yes, seven and two weeks long. Now solved. 2. Issues with kitchen leakage. (Issue reported two times.) Now seems to be solved. I had to personally guide the maintenance guy in order to isolate the fault. 3. Bathroom drainage clogged. Solved. 4. Smoke all over the floor and some of it coming into my room. Let me tell you that we were never advised that the first floor which was assigned to us was a smoking floor, despite they knew that we were staying with 2 babies. Let me also add that my wife has asthma and suffered an asthmatic attack due to this issue. 5. Too noisy. For two days, I had reported that all over the night I could not sleep due to noise coming from the next room (#677) they were slapping the door every five minutes. Despite of my reports and promises from their side of a solution the solution never came and the issue continue all day without letting us sleep. We can accept noises during day time, but it is unacceptable during night time. ROOM 476 1. The room had the same distribution as I requested, but really dirty… I had taken it because of the smoke at the other floor, it does not smell like the other one, but it was clear just looking to the carpet., also de bathroom, and the sofa bed cushions were turning black, and as they were used by my baby to sleep. In order to solve the issue that night, I just changed them for the ones used in my previous room 676. They had verified by them self and promised me to get a new one with a previous audit by managers, in order to be sure that the room was going to be given in good conditions. 2. Security box was not working. ROOM 567 (Third attempt) 1. When we took it, we thought that all were verified by them, it smelled clean, the carpet also looked clean, but once moving we noted that it was not so clean as the promised (“Deep clean” they said).
