We stayed at the hotel from the 7th to 14th July. Beautiful hotel not disappointed at all. Staff all very polite and friendly. Hotel kept very clean and tidy. We went half board, with the intention of dining out if the food was repetitive - we ate in the restaurant EVERY evening, loved the food theme nights, and what a hardworking bunch of people. We had a beautiful room with a partial see view. Kept lovely and clean - loved the glass shower. We were next to the lift and I thought it might be noisy but it wasn't, never heard the people next door either. Can't comment on the Spa as we didn't use it. The pool was in a lovely garden setting, but we didn't use it just walked through the garden to the beach area. You can get hotel beach towels at the kiosk just hand in your towel cards; nice to not have to use your own. The beach was probably the only thing I wasn't 100% happy with; there was a yellow sandy beach which was clean, some great beach cafes, and lots of sun beds , it had a great jetty into the sea, a great pontoon to sit on or sunbathe on, with steps into the sea, but that was my problem because I like to walk into the sea from the beach and paddle. You couldn't do this here, also when you got in it was rocky so take beach shoes. It was a great area to sunbathe all the same. It was a short walk to the bus stop for a day trip ti Palma only €2.50. About 10 to 15 minutes walk to Palma Nova where we went most evenings and sat in a beachside bar. All in all great hotel, good chilled week for us. Collapse
Lovely hotel but be careful about your room choice

I stayed here for 3 nights with two girlfriends for a quick relaxing break and we had a lovely time. We booked the hotel a few months before we travelled. All was going very well; empty airport, flight on time, arrival a little earlier than we thought, straight into a cab to the hotel at about midnight. We had already informed them twice that we would be late arriving. The day before we were told we'd all be on the same floor but when we checked in 2 were on one floor and 1 on the floor below which wasn't a problem. I took the lower floor. The problem arose when I realised I'd been allocated a connecting room with door access to the neighbhouring room. Not the first time I've stayed in such a room but unfortunately, the door had ZERO sound-proofing. It was like the couple next door were in my room with me. I called down to reception twice and was told the hotel was full and to speak to reception in the morning. After trying to settle in for the night the noise eventually got too much and I actually went down to reception. The guy on duty (who seemed to be having a few issues when we arrived) once again tried to tell me there was nothing else available but I refused to accept the room and indeed told him it wasn't right that they sell these rooms to anyone but families. Eventually he relented and as if from nowhere produced a key to another Superior room but on the first floor. I had to check the room, go back to my original, lug all my things to the room myself and then return the old room key back to reception. I finally got in to bed at about 1:30am. Not a reIaxing start to my holiday! I can only imagine he didn't want to give me that room as it was a perceived upgrade having a large terrace instead of just a balcony. It left me feeling annoyed but didn't spoil the holiday. The hotel is lovely, in a great location, breakfast is really good and the rest of the staff there were wonderful. I would definitely recommend just do not let them put you in a connecting room! Also, the pool does get quite busy and everyone "reserves" loungers before breakfast so you end up playing the same game! Two suggestions for the management: - Do not put strangers next to each other in the connecting rooms. You can hear EVERYTHING from your nextdoor neighbhour and it's impossible to relax. - Provide more shade/umbrellas around the gardens next to the pool. Collapse

Stayed here at the beginning of July with my boyfriend. Had a brilliant stay. Room was fab- comfortable beds , always clean. The breakfast was great every morning - big variety to chose from and always plentiful. Lovely terrace to sit on then afterwards for a coffee. Pool was great but would advise to go down early as the loungers get taken quite quickly. There's a little beach area which was nice- great jettys to lay on to sun bathe if you fancied a change from the pool. Pool bar was great had the mojitos which were lovely. We also ate in the beach club hotel bar/restaurant overlooking the beach area. Food was great. Overall had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and return again Collapse

We stayed here as a couple for a 3 night break. The hotel seemed recently renovated and was nice and clean. The room was fairly spacious and had a balcony with a partial sea view. The breakfast buffet was the usual type of thing and plenty to choose from. The spa was lovely and so relaxing and I spent time sunbathing on the loungers in the garden which is much quieter than the main pool area (although there is no bar here). The hotel is in a good location with the shops and bars of Palmanova a 10 min stroll or the marina of Puerto Portals which is lovely is about 25 mins walk away. If I was coming for a similar couples relaxing break I would definitely consider this hotel again. Collapse
