Me and my partner came here for a five day get away in the sun and we were not disappointed. We arrived around noon and got our room straight away from reception and our wrist bands, we were on the 10th floor and had a stunning view. The room was clean but was quite basic, but this was not an issue except for the lack of plugs! The beds were two singles pushed together but were still rather comfortable. The shower was good and powerful. What brought all of this together however was the balcony and the sheer beauty of Tenerife. We spent hours just sitting outside and taking it all in. At night time the area is very loud as its right on the strip, so if you're a light sleeping maybe avoid this hotel. Those was not an issue for us however. The outside area and pool were nice, you have access to three pools, one heated and one not and a children's pool. There were plenty of sun loungers also easily assessable. You also have the added benefit of the beach being right on your door step if you fancy some salt! The food and all inclusive were great if not repetitive. Being all inclusive we had access to breakfast, lunch, dinner and the snack bar. The food was all to a decent standard but some of it was left our a little longer than it should have been. There were plenty of different options however a large majority of it was carbs based so expect to put on a few pounds! The alcohol was alright here, it needs to be a little clearer on what drinks are part of the package and not but we were both satisfied and got tipsy when we needed to! The staff were very helpful and polite and made our stay here extra comfortable, on our last day we had to wait around for a 7pm flight, so we checked out at 12 and gave them our luggage and enjoyed our day, they even let us keep on our inclusive wrist bands. When we needed to go they called us a taxi. I can't rate this hotel enough, I'd defiantly stay here again and go all inclusive again. Thank you for the brilliant accommodation!. Collapse

Visited with a friend. Hotel lobby, pool and restaurant areas are all good. Rooms aren’t the best but who gos on holiday to stay in the room?? Location is amazing. Right on the sea front next to Veronica’s strip. Yes u can hear music til maybe 5-6am but didn’t really bother me. Few stag and hen party’s there so for me I would not take my kids there. But I would definitely return with the lads or my partner. we were b & b breakfast was nice. Lots of choice. Don’t go for the 3 minute boiled eggs tho. I did and it was like cracking a raw egg on my plate not an issue. Just went and changed for the 8 minute egg. 1 real big issue I had with this place, as we weren’t all inclusive we had to buy our drinks. But they don’t accept cash. So we waited in the queue for a drink to be told they don’t accept cash. So u have to go to reception and get a card and top it up. Who wants to go reception to wait in another queue to get a card to then go back outside to wait in the queue again to get a drink. We maybe had 2-3 drinks for this reason. If they accepted cash we’d have maybe had 20 drinks Collapse

I asked for a quiet room with the possibility of a view. I got the most amazing view overlooking the sea and the hotel's pools. I could watch the sunrise and sunset and the surfers all day long. I could fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing (if it was very windy a little scary). The hotel had three pools and a restaurant. Staff and food were lovely. Excellent choice of foods and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tired looking and when compared to a very flashy Vegas look 20 mins walk away you feel you have been out done. Room was grand but a very strong smell of sewage would fill the room every day and in the lobby too at times. The room was cleaned everyday and I think the smell is down to the sewage system. You can rent towels for the pool - rent security box and extra adapters for room as it only has one point in the room. The bathroom was a real let down. The ceiling was like perspex roof sheets and could see mould etc. There was a shower curtain which left a lot of water escape. Collapse

My sister and I stayed in this hotel on an all-inclusive basis. The range of salads, fruit and desserts were excellent. The coffee could have been better. The cooked food was average and it would be useful to vary it. It was easy to get sunbeds in the afternoon and there was a varied range of activities during the day. The entertainment team were very friendly and were doing a great job. They allowed us to keep the tennis rackets for the week which I appreciated. There was an excellent ABBA show one night. The entertainment venue tended to be draughty and seats are taken very quickly. We found that you would need to be there at least 30 minutes before the show starts. The reception staff were pleasant and efficient and facilitated our requests. The location is heaven-sent, just on the beachfront and near to all the shops and nightlife. There was a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. The decor is a bit dated and confirmed our view that this is a three-star hotel masquerading as a four-star. However, it is a well-priced hotel and I would certainly stay there again. Collapse

Booked 4* was less than impressed. Wouldn't get a 2* rating here. Room basic. No coffee or tea making facilities. Two single slabs pushed together, I can only describe them as slabs as the beds were so hard. Hotel shabby. Definitely did not meet our expectations. Hotel right by Veronica strip, so the noise till 5am was loud, a few of the other hotel guests suffered physical violence and were robbed when they ventured out in the evening. Collapse
