Fantastic stay in this hotel... we were on the 4th floor with a falls view - could see the American Falls but you need a higher floor if you want to see the Horseshoe & Bridal Veil falls, that said we had no complaints about the hotel at all... we had a room with two king size beds which were so comfy... and we even had a TV in our bathroom!! Fireworks at 10pm Mon to Fri which we could see from our beds! The guy at the check in desk was fantastic and the staff so friendly... every day our room was replenished with bottles of water and Starbucks coffee for the machine (included in cost).. Decided to dine in Windows restaurant which I can honestly say is the best meal I have eaten in a long time the beef tenderloin was to die for and again the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. Also ate in the buffet restaurant both for dinner and breakfast and the selections were fantastic- staff again very attentive. Well done Sheraton in the Falls we will return... Collapse

On Friday, August 18, 2017, myself and five of my friends stayed at the Sheraton Niagara Falls. We booked the presidential suite for one night. The presidential suite is unavailable to book online and we had to call reservations to ensure we got the room. We made sure to note to the customer service representative that we would be attending for a bachelor party, which we were ensured would not be an issue. We were not notified of any noise restrictions. Attending the hotel, prior to entering our room we saw a sign that stated quiet hours beginning at 10 PM. We didn't have an issue with this as we were planning on going out soon after. In the room we played some music, nothing too loud as it was only 8PM. We got a noise complaint at 830 PM, at which point we were told with any further complaints we would be kicked out. We brought to the attention of the hotel manager that quiet times were not until 10, we were not being obnoxiously loud and that we had paid $1000 for the room. We were told it was hotel policy to issue citations for any complaints made and that it does not have to be within the quiet hour period. We stated that if this was the case, it should have been told when we booked our room and we would have stayed at a different hotel. We asked to be moved to another presidential suite but they were unavailable. We asked to be refunded so we could stay at another hotel but this was refused. We eventually were offered a portion of our money back and were downgraded to a standard room with two beds while still paying a premium price for the room. The room was located on the interior of building with no natural light. We talked to numerous managers about their noise policy and what the reasoning behind having quiet hours outlined if they were not followed. They had no satisfactory answer. Furthermore, I left them my contact information and was told they would be in touch and at the time of this posting, I have not heard back from anyone. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a bachelor party or anyone hoping to enjoy a night with friends. It is extremely overpriced, the rooms are extremely outdated and posted policies are not mentioned and not adhered to. A potentially great night ruined. Collapse

Stayed here for two nights, well long enough. Decent hotel right on the front with good views of the falls, especially from the roof pool. Spotlessly clean. Really pleasant and helpful staff. Coffee making in room, replenished on asking. Didn't realise that if you didn't pay for a Falls view that you didn't even get a Windows!!! Just a frosted glass panel in the wall, couldn't open and looked like just concrete behind it. Still, we were only sleeping there. Good air conditioning, needed it! No bar, rebuilding it, looked a bit like a bomb site. Found a great place to eat. ' I Hop '. Up the main ' Blackpool ' street, past fountain on right. Through an amusement arcade and, 2 nod floor up. Great food, fantastic staff and didn't bat an eyelid when we asked to share.big breakfast, flowing coffee, don't forget all the taxes!, 30 cad$. Front is great but Main Street like being in middle of a funfair. Very overdone. Defo go across the bridge to American side. Falls not good but makes u appreciate view from Canada side. Maid of mist from USA side and a lot dearer than Canadian boats which just as good - Hornblower boat was 59 cad$ for 2. We went to NY so we're glad we kept waterproofs from boat!! Went up to Applebeys on top road for steak, first decent meal we found. Pretty good, standard steak. Don't forget - chips are crisps! Pretty expensive by uk standards.80 cad $ for 2, glass lager, not pint, and Pepsi. Good experience. Fireworks at falls amazing - 20 minute show! Just under bridge is 'Secret Garden' bar restaurant. Really good and cheapest and best beer we found in Canada'! A good experience overall. Well worth the visit. If catching Amtrak train to NY, go across border, 100 $ cheaper!! Defo rec visit. Collapse

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton very much. We would return again at another time. We had an enjoyable breakfast the next morning. We also had a lovely view of the Fireworks display at the Falls from our room window.
