To start of with I was very sceptical to go on holiday after reading the reviews, but I was shocked when we got there and it wasn't no where near as bad as some people make out, always something for kids to do but cpuld do with more english based childrens entertainment and or maybe kareoke food was good always got it hot not a brilliant selection did get a little repetitive but there was always something for someone, soups where delicious only down side to the hotel was that there was nothing really round the hotel it's self but that didn't bother us as we was all inclusive so didn't have to use supermarkets, and the train station was a 2 minute walk away and we used that a few times and went all over, don't listen too much to the bad reviews you read there was a few Spanish while we was there but they are also on holiday but there wasn't loads of them running all over making lots of noise like they made out in some reviews, but if you fancy a night out around the hotel i suggest getting a taxi to 'the royal oak' which is a English family run bar brilliant food and drinks are more than value for money. Also we had just 1 room with 3 beds in each for our group of 11 so was a little cramped but we only slept in the rooms so wasn't there for long. Collapse

This hotel is advertised as a 3* and that is exactly what you get. The hotel is situated on the edge of torremolinos and in my opinion is an idyllic location. Yes it is under a flight path, however this was not an issue for my partner and I. The beach is a nice 10 minute walk from the hotel and if you take the time to walk half an hour along the beach front into torremolinos you will pass many restaurants, shops and ice cream stands. The hotel is also a stone throw away from the train station which takes you straight into Malaga and is really easy to use. the train is also two stops from the airport so no need to pay the extra for transfers. Overall the hotel was standard, we had a few minor issues such as the key card did not work on arrival but was rectified immediately by the maintenance man. We ordered a double room however had 2 single beds pushed together that came apart when laid upon (not ideal for a romantic getaway), and also the air conditioning was very loud. The food was ok however was a little cold, but my partner and I both agreed we would not like to eat a very hot meal in over 30 degree weather, the puddings where AMAZING. The hotel is very clean and has a nice pool and plenty of sunbeds and chairs to sit on throughout the day and evening. Also there is entertainment each night. we found the staff to be very pleasant and the other guests to be friendly, both Spanish and British. If staying in this hotel, we recommend doing the coach trip to Gibraltar and the rock tour. This can be booked in torremolinos and will pick you up from the hotel. Overall we had a very good Holliday and would happily go back again. Collapse

Stayed 10 days here all inclusive, after reading the bad reviews myself I was quite worried! But the rooms were clean, cleaners came round everyday to change bedding towels and have a mini clean. The food was Ok, I always managed to find something to eat everyday. Drinks where fine, bar staff were great. Entertainment was Ok, always entertainment on for kids. The area itself to far out from torremolinos, we had to get trains everytime we wanted to go there or benemadena, trains were cheap and a quick journey. Around the hotel itself they is nothing, about 10 minute walk to the beach but nothing really around it few beach bars but nothing lively or fun. Overall I actually enjoyed my stay here, it wasn't great but it wasn't the worst. It's what you get for a 3 star hotel! Collapse
