We love the location of this hotel, and the fact that there are free shuttles all day every day to Disney. Just a phone call away and they come collect you. Beautifully maintained hotel with very spacious rooms, fab beds, modern new interiors, kitchenettes with coffee and tea and cooking facilities. Bathrooms come WITH BATHTUBS not just showers. HUGE PLUS AFTER 12 hour walking around the parks. Staff are courteous and professional, concierge staff are fantastic, they were so quick to print out my Disney tickets. There is a fantastic spa, loads of folks with their robes on taking full advantage. Room service menu is standard, food isn’t exceptional but it’ll suffice. Breakfasts were OK, they could do with more fun cereals (for kids, like in Orlando ) and definitely with fresh cut fruit not only fruitsalad. Also there needs to be filter coffee (i do not like machines... also because there is only one machine with a ton of people all scrambling for their morning coffee). THIS IS A TOP HOTEL AND WAS SURPRISED TO SEE IT WAS ONLY 4stars. I’d stay here again. Collapse

I recently stayed at Relais spa Val D'europe with my family. We had one junior suite connecting to premium room. The hotel property and staff by far exceeded by expectations. Check in was smooth and bell boy service was available. Rooms were big and had attached small kitchen. I did extensive research before finalising this property and at the end was happy with my decision. Disney hotels are much more expensive as compared to this hotel. As it is in case you wish to spend the whole day at Disney park or studio you are hardly left with any time or energy to enjoy the hotel. Relais spa also had a very calming spa and swimming pool. Giving it a very European touch. Hotel provides with free private shuttle to Disney park which was really very nice. Supermarket and Metro station were just few steps away. Would certainly recommend and come back to this hotel. Collapse

First time staying at this wonderful hotel. Room was lovely, two bathrooms, little kitchen area and massive bed for the adults. The only let down was the sofa bed for the kids wasn’t great but it did it’d job. Didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will definitely next time. Getting to Disney was easy as they had their own mini bus that would take you and collect you when ever you require. Only short walking distance from the large shopping are of Val D’Europe. Would definitely recommend Collapse

I have just returned from a long weekend stay here with my wife for our first Disney trip. We arrived on the Friday at around 3/3:30ish, check in was quick and we where soon in our luxurious room. The bed was massive!. I’m 5’5 and could lie horizontally across it with a few inches left at my head and feet (we measured.. we also don’t get out much). The bed was also very comfy. Nice little kitchenette with complimentary bottles of water - it’s the little things that impress me. Bathroom was nice enough. Did exactly what it was supposed to, I don’t understand when people say bathrooms are “boring” or not what they expected. Let’s be honest it has two purposes and if it meets both I’m happy. The room itself was a good size with plenty of storage and shelves, this is handy when your wife brings Sephora with her on every trip. Also, neat little-free-of charge safe. Tv was a good size and did have British channels, however we could only get “star 5” “star 5+” and other “5” channels to work. Not a big deal, but I have a new found addiction for “GP’s behind closed doors”. As for the services the hotel offers we only used room service. The menu is tiny, 3/4 selections for starters and mains. The food is nice and came quickly, we phoned for someone to come and collect the tray but they didn’t come until the next day despite a few phone calls down. I feel I should add, we’re not only Scottish but Glaswegian, so I’m not 100% sure they knew what we where saying. All in all the hotel was lovely, the staff where polite and helpful (the shuttle bus to Disneyland is the best thing ever). Is it the cleanest hotel, no but would I stay here again?, most definitely!!! Collapse

Hotel Room We had the suite with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Suite was large, very spacious with plenty of space and wardrobes. Super king ultra comfy bed with luxurious bed sheets. Beds were extremely comfortable by far the best we have had to date There were two large TV’s one in the lounge area and 2nd in the bedroom Plenty of lighting with mood lighting in bedroom Sofa doubled up as a sofa bed which again was very good with a reasonably thick mattress Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils. The washing up liquid with sponge was a great touch Bathroom was good size with argan range toiletries, good quality and smell The cupboard under the bathroom sink proved handy in storing all our toiletries, keeping the bathroom looking tidy Great storage cupboards in both lounge area and bedroom, with floor to ceiling level cupboards giving ample space to store all your luggage Partition in bedroom into lounge offering extra privacy option Nice balcony can accommodate two chairs Coffee maker With tea making facilities with small biscuits and even small salt and pepper dispensers Hairdryer with inbuilt shaving point Magnifying mirror Toiletries not replenished neither water bottles in room filled up or changed General Hotel Swimming pool, Spa and gym opening hours are 7am to 10pm All staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. You were made to feel special and welcome. We had no issues at all at this hotel. The best part was the location, with its extremely close proximity to the Disney Parks. Concierge would take us to the parks which is less than 5mins drive and pick us up whenever we called. We hardly waited more than a few minutes to be picked up. A fantastic service and every driver was courteous, helpful, smiling and engaged in conversations. The vehicles too were awesome, Mercedes Sprinter MPV’s. Special thanks to all the concierge drivers! Hotel Location Hotel is in a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A huge mall - Val D’Europe, is 3-5mins walk, which is an enormous mall with a fantastic suoermaket on the ground floor, perfect place to get your water/snacks or anything you really want. The mall has a food hall and plenty of high fashion shops to the budget friendly Primark! We had a truly fantastic comfortable stay here. We will definately stay here again in the future and cannot recommend it enough! Collapse
