I stayed at this hotel that night before my flight back to the US. I flew in from Morocco. I called the hotel for shuttle pickup. Within 20 minutes the shuttle was there and whisked us away to the hotel 10 minutes from the airport. The front desk was very helpful suggesting a restaurant close to the hotel that we could walk to. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The carpets and hallways were a little dated but the rooms were much nicer. We lucked out and were able to get on the shuttle back to the airport. The driver made a special effort to get us on even though the van was full. Collapse

At first glance the jnr suite was perfect with fruit baskets and great size beds. Come midnight, the ceiling started dripping water - like torrential rain coming in. Except it was 23 degrees and dry outside. With 2 exhausted sleeping kids, that was definitely not expected from a 4 star hotel. After calling reception, the apologetic gent visited and declared that it was the air-co and we needed to turn it off. It apparently was a known issue. After waiting another half hour, we were informed that all rooms were fully booked, no one can fix or help, good night. The dripping stopped at 2am, we were exhausted! We checked out, there were no apologies. I am sorry to say that this was a super crappy experience and you would expect better from the Radisson brand. For those planning to stay at this hotel, pls make sure you check the airco and ask before you settle in. This is not the way you want to start a holiday. By the way, no one can find the ice that was supposed to be on the 3rd floor.. Collapse

This hotel is only 5-10 mins from the airport. I choose it for my family because we had an early flight the next day. Breakfast starts at 6:30am so you can grab something before heading out. There were plenty of options and you should leave full. My room had two beds and a little sitting area with a couch. True, my view wasn't great and the wifi was okay.but the spacious room and bathroom made me want to jump for joy! After spending a couple weeks in small rooms throughout the country, this seemed like such a luxury for us. I wish we stayed more then one night! It's not near the central area - you would need a taxi (not sure of bus/metro in that area) to get there. Collapse

I'd thought I'd gotten a great value for a night nearby the hotel for my flight out of Lisbon - I was wrong. They gave no instructions for airport pick-up even though i mentioned my arriving flight, I ended up calling their shuttle from another hotel which had very helpful staff. Upon arrival I was given a room on a low floor even though the hotel seemed very empty - it overlooked a large freeway and was quite loud. Even with the AC on I couldn't drown it out. I asked to move, and was told only a smaller room was available -which I accepted as a trade-off. My late arrival meant my only choice was to dine in the bar, I ordered within 5 min of sitting but somehow my order was forgotten and I had to inquire - it was never submitted. 15 min later (about 45 min total) my meal arrived with an apology but no discount off my bill. I went back upstairs and found the corridor quite loud in the evening, and even worse early morning - staff was using a service door nearby my room door which was constantly slamming and they did not try to quiet their voices. I was more than ready to leave and upon check-out asked for the shuttle to the airport. I received a dismayed look and was asked if I had reserved in advance -- 'no' I said, no one told me I had to when I checked in. Fortunately they were able to find me a seat fairly quickly. Compared to other Blu's this was a really poor experience and a somewhat run-down property. Perhaps others received better rooms and service. Collapse

This Hotel is fantastic, Being part of an international chain surely there are standard which should be respected but this one is more than a standarded hotel. The happy faces at the front desk and the spacious room were worth the price paid.
