Excellent hotel, very convenient for all sorts of things to do. Walking distance to most things. So much to do and three friends had a whale of a time with music, laughter, good food and fun. See more

My daughter and I were booked into a room directly above the function room where the hotel was holding a Halloween Party. The music was extremely loud and when I complained we were moved to a room higher up away from the noise. See more

Hotel was excellent - staff very efficient and professional. When we arrived they had no booking for myself and my daughter. Even though it was booked paid for and we had confirmation. They sorted it and we had lovely room with any fuss. See more

The restaurant staff at the Grafton were inattentive, unskilled and lacklustre. The champagne was not chilled, badly served, glasses not cleared, no snacks, no wonder we left to go elsewhere. See more

I attended a conference at the IOM3 in London so searched for nearly accommodations on the map. The Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton is just around the corner and the Warren Street Station is on the corner in between. Very convenient! The room is small. After all this is Central London. But the service is outstanding and the many small, unexpected extras made this a comfortable spot for a business traveler. I especially like the multiple power outlets in the room that allowed me to connect all my electronic devices without adapters and the cold bottle of water in my in-room refrigerator every day, not to mention that the breakfast is awesome! Great hotel in excellent area. Lots of pubs and shops around. VERY close to tube station (Warren Street) with two Tube lines (Northern and Victoria). Room was great (I got an upgrade because it was an Expedia VIP hotel). Large and very comfy. Bathroom was a good size, though the sink was small and the toilet was way too close to the sink. Other than that, everything was ideal. Ice maker right by elevators. And, most of all, CLEAN! Staff were great. Very accommodating and polite. Collapse

It is always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Smooth check ins, very friendly and helpfull staff at the reception. It is a somewhat traditional hotel. The rooms are not big (but it is London :-).clean, beds are great. The breakfast in not cheap but good. You can start your day with plenty of food and drinks. The location is great, you can walk downtown or take the underground. Warren Street underground station is a few meters from the door. It takes from Heathrow one hour by the underground to Warrenstreet. Collapse
