Just got back from our 2nd holiday to Club Pollentia Resort. Cant recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are absolutely amazing and made our holiday wonderful, they can't do enough for you and always go out of their way to help. Got to mention the amazing Animation team Jay, Hannah, Laura, Evelin and Hugo. Hannah and Laura especially made such a fuss of our daughter Holly, she wanted to go to mini club most days just do she could see them. This game us free time to visit the amazing spa. You are allowed 1 hour each day to visit. Such a relaxing quiet place. There is so many different activities on all day which just made the days whizz by. Aqua gym, pool games, salsa, aerobics and water polo. It really is such a fun hotel. We were all inclusive which made our holiday, no big bill at the end. We did stay half board last time and realised it is much better all inclusive. You can eat at the pool restaurant which is included or go into the main hotel restaurant. Most drinks are included in the all inclusive except a small charge for cocktails (about 1.50 euro). Beer, wine, sangria all included. We will def be all inclusive next time. A huge thank you to the restaurant manager Robleto and his amazing staff. Yes, its a busy restaurant but we were there in school holidays and I expect everywhere is busy. As soon as you get into the restaurant, you are greeted with a lovely welcome and they do their best to find you a table inside or out....wherever you choose. Fantastic choice of food, we even had sushi one night. We were sat outside waiting for the bus to take us back to the airport sad that we were going home when the hotel manager came out to us and wished us a safe journey home. That just ended our holiday perfectly. Thank you PortBlue staff for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely see you next year......cant wait. xxx Collapse

Great place for kids, staff go above and beyond to help out. If I had one gripe it would be other guests need to "reserve" sunbeds at 6am in the Morning!! Then fail to use them for 90% of the day ! Other than that excellent

This is our seventh and probably last visit. Gym and spa good but lack of air con in the gym made working out nearly impossible. The adults only parts are not strictly enforced and if you are a family I would recommend the all inclusive option as soft drinks and ice creams are expensive. Food was good although the restaurant was often packed and we noticed off licence quality white wines on the menu at €18 per bottle or €7 a glass. On the Saturday night a crowd had gathered to watch Mo race in the 5k and the bar man decided that the crowd was too noisy and turned the TV over with 100m to go, nearly causing a riot. The endless tribute bands and ex pats that sing late in to the night drown out the noisy road, avoid the Maris area if you want a good nights sleep. Collapse

I read nearly all of the reviews of this resort running up to our holiday here. Majority were excellent although a few a little damning. I therefore felt impelled to write a review myself. This is a beautiful resort with some magnificent facilities. The pool is large enough to easily accommodate the vast amount of holiday makers the resort can hold. My only concern regarding the pool is that both my boys developed ear infections by the end of the week, which I am certain was due to the pool water. I realise this is always a risk with a shared pool of several hundred people! At times the water became a little murky and could have done with a more efficient filter system maybe. The all inclusive is one of the best we've had. The food is glorious, an excellent choice everyday, although the family restaurant is incredibly busy and you do take your life in your own hands trying to make you way through! The rooms, I agree, could do with some up-dating. The bathroom shower had seen better days, but it worked effectively and did the job. The rooms were a little cramped for the four of us (3 adults and 1 child) but that was my hard-ship for not being able to afford two separate room. What made our holiday to be honest were the staff. They are absolutely incredible. Every single member of staff were ridiculously helpful and cheerful, and worked so incredibly hard almost every day. Our special mention must go to Miguel one of the nicest, friendliest and thoughtful waiters we have ever met. I hope if one of the mangers read this they will make a point of "patting him on the back" for providing such a high standard of service. He was an absolute joy to have met (if only I was 30 years younger!!) The entertainment is a little "cheesy" at times but good holiday fun, and again I cannot congratulate the entertainment staff for their efforts for providing all round entertainment. I had forgotten how fabulous the Spanish are with children. We often watched the kindness they showed to nearly all the children while we were they, they really do have exceptional qualities and an enviable work ethos. I would absolutely recommend this resort, despite the illness's at the end of the week. This was the most I have ever spent on a family holiday (we aren't big earners) but worth every penny in my opinion. I managed to drag my 18yr old along for one last family holiday before he spreads his wings, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend probably our last family holiday together. He had an equally great time. Well done PortBlue x Collapse

This hotel/apartment complex is a lovely place to go on holiday. We have two teenage boys and so it was great to give them their own room and all inclusive cards. They amused themselves, fed themselves and we enjoyed a relaxing break. There are lots of day trip activities speed boat, coasteering, snorkeling etcand the bike hire is convenient. There is a regular bus to Alcudia and Porta Pollensa. The adult area is for over 14's so it is calm and relaxing while the big pool is full of kids and a jolly place. I particularly love the Zumba classes but there are many activities to enjoy. The food!! Well... go hungry that's all I will say. It is bountiful and excellent quality. Better I think in the adult areas. Unless you don't mind masses of kids in which case I'm sure that's fine too. I honestly can't find fault. We have booked two years running now and it's all the same staff. The staff are all happy as they say they have all been loyal for years. I suppose I could say that it's not convenient for a beach. You have to get a bus but I believe sand is over rated anyway. I frequently tell everyone I know to come here. It's lovely. Oh and the spa is top notch. Book now I'd say or you will miss out. :) Collapse
