This hotel is huge. It has underground free parking and free valet parking if required. It is located in a great position on the strip with good walking access to everthing. Check in was quick and troublefree. The room was huge on split level with 3 televisions, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. We had a great view of the Wynn! No tea/coffee making facilites which is a real shame. Booked for a great price through Expedia but be warned as with all hotels there are resort fees $40 per night! You can wander between this hotel and the Venetian and there are shops and eateries everywhere. Only downside for us was the pool area was a bit too lively with small children .Definately recommend this hotel. Collapse

Husband and I went here for our 10th anniversary. We decided to splurge on the prestige level. Totally worth the extra money! Not only do you get breakfast and hot appetizers in the evening but you also get drinks both alcoholic and non and maybe most importantly you get WATER! I know it sounds funny but bottled water in Vegas is down right expensive at $6 a bottle! Plus you get the added benefit of skipping the huge checkin lines and go right to the 23rd floor for a private check in with a glass of prosecco or water. Add to that a dedicated concierge staff that will help you with anything from dinner reservations to show tickets and it is totally worth the extra money. The suites are beautiful and quiet with lots of room to stretch out. I loved the 12 foot ceilings made it a lot quieter and it felt very spacious. Collapse

This hotel is busy and hopping. It is located next to the Wynn and Venetian so you are close to several pools with shopping also. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would stay here again. Great restaurants too.

PALAZZO REVIEW Hotel Overall The Palazzo is an impressive hotel of that there is no question. It is opulent & & beautiful & kept very clean. However there are quite a few downers unfortunately which spoilt our "once in a lifetime" holiday: Prestige at the Palazzo This is not worth the money, believe me. We paid over £1000 extra for the 8 nights we were there to stay in the Prestige part of the hotel, expecting far more than we actually got. The rooms are basically the same whether you stay in Prestige or not. They are comfortable & the beds are awesome the most comfy ones I have every slept in. There is not enough storage space despite there being plenty of room for more which meant our clothes were squashed in only 6 drawers. We were going on elsewhere after Vegas so had quite a bit of luggage, so this was a major issue for us. You don’t get tea & coffee making facilities or free water, which we expect from a 5 star hotel. We are never without either in other 5 star hotel we have stayed in all over the World. You did get free water in the Prestige lounge, but it was warm, & if you put it in the fridge, you risked moving the other drinks in the bar which then charged the room! We had to get drinks taken off numerous times during our stay as we put juice & water in the fridge. The Prestige lounge is nothing to write home about. We thought breakfast was quite limited & it hardly changed the whole time we were there. If you like scrambled eggs you are laughing!! We only went to the lounge once late afternoon & again didn't find anything we liked to walked back out again. The Concierge & lounge IS NOT open 24 hrs. It shuts around 10 pm & doesn't open again until 7 am. We had some issues outside of these hours so had to go & find the Concierge near the entrance to the hotel. The Customer Service is pretty bad we got the impression that if you were super rich then you were ok otherwise they couldn't be bothered. For some reason, which we found on a number of occasions, the staff DO NOT LISTEN. It got very irritating after the first few times. The Casino Pretty much the same as the Venetian. The layout is very confusing it took us 3-4 days to get our bearings especially as you have to go through the Casino & out the other side to get to the lifts to the rooms & other levels. The signage is not very clear at all. We are usually good at finding our way but even we struggled! The Pool Well this was the biggest disappointment of all. The photos do not really give a clear indication of its lack of space or how small the areas are. I've stayed at the Venetian before & expected pools to be of a similar size due the immense size of the hotel. You can't really swim at all as the water only goes up chest deep (& I'm 5'1") & the pools are very very crowded. All but one are really leisure pools as they are very shallow & are really only good for sitting in except kids play ball games in them which spoils this. There are plenty of free towels available & there are water fountains around but they are useless as they give out HOT water as they don't have coolers in them. So you are forced to pay abominable prices for drinks which you need due to the heat. If you want shade, then this hotel is not for you. My husband can't sit in the sun & there was no shade around the pool except from the main pool which was in full shade until 12.30 when the sun moved round then everywhere was in full sun. You could hire an umbrella bed for $150 Mon-Fri or $250 Sat & Sun!! We nearly fell over when told the price! Shade is needed obviously as it is so hot (120 degrees when we were there). Cabanas also are horrendously expensive from $350 during the week to over $750 at weekends!! If you want to go to the Aquatic Club, which we would have loved, the min cost is $550 & that is with free entry due to being a Prestige member! There was no way we could warrant this sort of cost for just one day by the pool. Lunch at the pool is also very expensive. For 2 club sandwiches & 2 cocktails it was $75! Taxis at the Hotel This was a good point as we used the quite a bit & there was only one occasion when we had to queue in the 8 days. The guys are very efficient & fast. Above all be prepared for a huge amount of walking in the hotel. We had no trouble completing 15,000 steps each day just round the hotel. Collapse
