The hotel was located in a good area around 30 minutes by train to Disneyland and central Paris. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms/toilets were clean and refreshed everyday. However, during the nights, the room would get very stuffy/hot (not sure if the AC was turned off or thermostat lowered), fridge cooling was also effected. The hotel is 10 - 15 minute walk from the train station, however, it is better to use the access through the shopping Arcade (across from the hotel) as you will enjoy the walk while browsing the different outlets etc. I would not mind staying again at this hotel. Typical Novotel, everything in the room OK, rain shower in the bathroom, extra door to reduce noise from the corridor. Good bed. I was unlucky to get a wake up call at 6am because of (false) fire alarm. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Restaurant OK for dinner, enough choice at breakfast. If you're by car, the underground parking will cost you 12 euros Collapse
It could be better if they invest in staff

The hotel is nicely furnished and clean as all the Novotel I stayed in before. However i think it is understaffed and this means the restaurant is not open every evening (a problem, since the adjacent restaurant is just the grill restaurant of Ibis hotel nextdoor - not many chiuces if you don't eat meat), there is only 1 person at the concierge (serving the bar as well) and the same at breakfast. Staff does not speak English very well (i.e. i enquired on the type of fish on the menù - only 3 main dishes, so easy to remebre how to translate it- , but the waiter could not tell me what fish it was, i had to google the French for "cod") and often you don't see a person of the staff in the room where you eat or have breakfast. There is one waiter coming and going but noone stably in the dining room. The toiletries provided are very basic. Therefore it is good, but i would not define it a 4 star, maybe 3. The area is quite squalid (empty buildings, office area, big roads), not great for walking by yourself in the evening, although the tube station is quite close, just 7 minutes walk. Also room smells of cigarette smoke, ventilation is very poor and you cannot control the temperature with the provided thermostat on the wall. Despite this the rooms are newly furbished and clean. After reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit worried. I’m glad it didn’t put me off! We booked two rooms for two nights in order to spend the day in Disneyland. The value of the rooms was amazing! We got interconnecting rooms which had a lovely view. There was a safe and a fridge in the room. 7 of us travelled altogether age ranging from 2 to 39. We all thought the rooms were lovely and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Our only gripe was the parking that although part of the hotel premises costs 12 Euro a day. Though when you factor the reasonable cost of the hotel I don’t think it’s a biggie really! Overall, it was a lovely hotel, only 20-25 minute drive from Disney and a much more affordable option. Collapse

I had used the online check-in in combination with my Accor Gold status and state in early check-in. Upon arrival the room was not ready and had been finished in a rush, resulting in the bins still been full and sweety rappers under the pull out sleep sofa. In the first, the rooms smelled fresh this was masked by the freshener used and developed a mouldy smell after a couple of hours followed by the smell of cigarette smoke (IT was a non smoking room) but that seems to be the norm in France, every morning we saw breakfast tablets in front of rooms filled with glasses full of cigarette butts. Otherwise the room was ok. The staff in general friendly. Breakfast if you can call it a breakfast felt, looked and tasted cheep. I had better breakfast in Ibis Hotels all over Europe. This was disappointing as we planned to have a full breakfast and set of to discover Paris and go for Dinner in the evening. So we had to change plans. On a positive note there is a shopping centre 400m away with great food, cafe and Bistro for very little money. Also the Hotel needs a full health check, I believe there is not one table in the restaurant which is standing straight or is not wobbling. The hallway carpets are dirty and the Hotel looks on many occasions run down. Also on a Side note, when you have Accor Gold Status you have certain privileges none of which have fulfilled. (Like room upgrade, welcome gift or high speed internet) Also was it not possible to book food or drinks on the room, so again here you miss out on collection status points. If you find all of this is nit picking this is a good hotel in a very easy travel location 20 min train to the front door of Disney Land and 30 min into Paris City-Center. On other note, and this is not only this Hotel but it drives me crazy. In each bathroom is a sign "we protect the environment if you need fresh towels drop them on the floor, for second use hang towels up" and still we received every day a fresh set of towels. Collapse

Stayed 1 night on business. Hotel is between office building, with a very confusing small checkin desk next to the bar. had to wait a long time for someone to check us in at around 22.00. Underground car park felt very dodgy and somehow half was closed (yet there is no parking possible in front of the hotel). Room was standard, alright for a night but pretty tired. Breakfast in the morning was mayhem, with too many people for a small area. I wasnt impressed. and wont be back. Collapse
