Hotel is a stone's throw away from Tower Hill Tube and over the road from the Tower of London. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for you! The room was small but nice, breakfast was good but the coffee was awful. We booked a sightseeing bus but the best way to get around is the Tube as the sightseeing bus doesn't go exactly where you need and there was lots of walking between different routes and waiting around. We loved the hotel and the museums and walking along the river in the sunshine. We'll be back! Collapse

On arrival at our hotel we were greeted promptly and our booking dealt with efficiently. Our rooms were upgraded free of charge. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however I did not like the opaque glass as the shower wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was a little disappointing, however we did have our evening meal at the hotel and we have no complaints. The location in the Tower Hill area suited us very well. We would stay here again. Our hotel was in Tower Bridge - great location. We found the best way to get about was by tube using a contact less bank card - cheaper than travel cards. Kids loved Shrek's Adventure and Natural History Museum. We went to the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Show too, and all loved it. I loved the original film but somehow this was more magical. Can't wait to return. Collapse

The person who checked me in had not correctly identified me as a silver club member and said i had been downgraded. She had accordingly altered the allocated room. She needs to be trained to look up the club number and not just rely on a name.

Great hotel with an awesome staff centrally located in London's business district within walking distance to Lloyd's. Executive room was very comfortable and the food was fantastic. Of particular importance to me was the fully functional business center and conference facilities which several of the nearby hotels do not have. The hotel is also only a short distance away from the Tube and train stations which makes moving around the city so convenient. I recommend Novotel London Tower Bridge highly as both a business hotel and a holiday hotel. Collapse

My son (7 years old) and me were looking forward to a long weekend getaway in London. We had stayed in Novotel in Manchester before and were very happy so we booked Novotel again. This time around we were not happy at all. Although its a 4 star hotel in the expensive end of the range. We got a room that has an adjoining room next to it, thats normally not a problem or concern, but here the door offers no soundproofing at all. Just like a normal door inside your house at home. And in the other room was a family arguing abolutely all night. It first stopped at 05:10 when I knocked hard at the door. First thing I am gonna do this morning before breakfast is gonna ask for a change of rooms. Thats the first time in my life i am asking for that. We will not be coming back to this hotel again.
