THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY SHOULD JUST DEMOLISH IT. We originally came to this hotel because our uncle booked a "oceanfront townhouse" through Air BnB. That "townhouse" turned out to be a fast and loose description of a privately owned loft style suite on the first floor. But that's another story.....anyways - because of their deceptive description, we couldn't all fit and opted to reserve a room within the same building so we could be close. The hotel lobby and hallways are dingy and in dire need of a make over. We were handed an old fashioned key on a lanyard and sent on our way. I was underwhelmed from the beginning but was hopeful for a comfortable place to sleep after a long day of travel. Upon entering the room you're greeted with the stale scent of neglect, old peeling furniture, at least 10 year old beds, stained towels, and more rust than I've ever seen in a place in my life. In the daylight the next day I realized that these may have been studio/efficiency apartments at some time and the owner has just painted over things and prayed no one cared what the heck it looked like. The pool is.....okay....theres nothing wrong with it but there are no beach towels for you to use. I did see there was a beach towel return bin. So do what you want with that information. The only benefit was its beach access. It obviously is chosen for it's easy access and walking distance to the shore. The chairs are around $10 each and $12 for the umbrella to rent but of course that's it's own business and not through the hotel. Anyway, just stay away from this tetanus factory of a hotel and save yourself the headache. Collapse

The apartment, 401, suffered from a clear mold/mildew problem. You could smell this very clearly every single time you walked in the door, even with AC on. The smell was very strong by the kitchen sink, and the water from that tap had a moldy taste. I had a sore throat, runny nose and irritated eyes throughout the stay, and I feel the air in the apartment was at least partly to blame. The cooking utensils are barely there, but we managed to cook a big warm meal a couple of times. Beds are narrow and pillows lumpy. Towels provided for both bath and pool are threadbare, almost see-through. The balcony with ocean and pool view is a joke: the balcony looks onto the roof of the poolside building. Plus it was filthy. The pool area was a pleasant surprise. Lots of pool chairs, enough for everyone even during the busy new year season. Good cafe too that served the pool area, handy to order sandwiches and cold drinks while lounging by the pool. The location of the building is great in terms of access to the shopping area a few blocks to the north, which includes a Publix supermarket. Collapse

We were staying in a “pen house” paid extra money for it in reality it was just a standard 2 queen with a crappy stove that looked like it was a fire hazard. Rooms need to be updated and cleaned well. Honestly we would’ve been better off at a super 8. Elevators were super old and always made weird noises, legit felt like as if I was on Disney’s tower of terror. Two elevators were down yesterday one got “fixed” today as soon as we got off the next group of people that got on got stuck on their way down! Took us a good 30 mins to get our luggage’s down due to the elevator being soooo packed. Housekeepers were super disrespectful towards one another! Constantly yelling eachother cursewords in Spanish while my kids and others kids were present. I asked for new sheets due to the fact that mine had stains on them and I hadn’t even touched or slept on them! Place overall seemed very unprofessional, disorganized, and D I R T Y! I will never come back here again in my life! Will definitely warn people about this hotel! Collapse

Horrible place to stay all lies from beginning. Don’t even know what the difference is in king and queen bed. We rented a king room got a queen got called a liar because said it was a queen. So asked for a tape measure took the lady up and showed her it a queen. Then next morning went down to get vouchers to eat breakfast was told it wasn’t included so more less called a liar again. Showed my reservation it showed breakfast included. Wouldn’t give us vouchers. None of the employees speak very good English language thought we was still in the USA but don’t thing so. And paid cash deposit and didn’t want to give reciept proving I paid it. Told them I wasn’t leaving without it. Collapse
The prices online are not accurate

The prices online are NOT accurate. I booked a room for $76, and ended up with a bill for $200. They charged a nonrefundable cleaning fee for $80 and a resort fee for $30. It was incredibly frustrating, and I will not book with them again.
