Went with my mum, husband and our 3 children first impressions of the hotel were really good. The staff are really nice and very helpful. The rooms were a great size and clean. Their was some damage to walls and some mould on the bathroom door at the bottom. The hotel is currently a 4* but I have stayed in a 3* that was much better. The night entertainment was not up to much I think a total of 2 nights out of the 7 was good the rest was awful. The food was repetitive and not much choice. All in all though it was a fantastic holiday my children loved it, there is 3 pools all which the kids loved. And although some people left reviews about never getting a sun bed we never had any issues with this. The Italian a la Carte restaurant attached was outstanding. Collapse

Where to start with this crap hotel. The room was disgusting. Barely cleaned since we have been here, the floor is disgusting and underneath the beds is covered in crumbs, dust and a dead beetle. This is not from our stay as we have barely been in the room. Nice balcony, shower and a fridge. The noise from the 18-30 hotel next door unbearable. We are a young couple and couldn't sleep through it, don't fancy having children and trying to get them to sleep through. Food was below average, very limited selection with a strange choice - hot dogs, chicken pie, grilled fish and a rice dish. We had to eat out every evening despite being all inclusive. The snack bar at lunch was ok and handy. The buffet at lunch was ridiculous, extremely little choice. Breakfast was one of the highlights and the coffee was very nice. The bar service was good, staff very friendly and efficient. Queue was never more than 3/4 deep. Self service soft drinks was good. The pool was fine, however if you are not willing to get up at the crack of dawn to fight for a sunbed or parasol, then you will have no chance of being by the pool. I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and this has by far been the worst. Families would find this ok as the kiddy pool seemed good for them. Not a chance it's a 4*. Would be furious if I had paid any more than what I did as we got a cheap last min deal. Horrific!! Collapse
Good holiday overall

Just back 18/07/17 from this hotel, there were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children 9 & 5). It was a good clean hotel. Staff are all really helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel is very clean. They power wash/hose wash the pool area every morning before the beds go down. The sunbed situation is shocking! People queuing at the door (towels lined up in order of arrival) from earlier than 8 am. They only open the doors at 8.30 and it was hilarious to watch people actually running to reserve beds every day from my balcony. There is definitely a lack of shade around the pool - I don't always want to lie on a sunbed in the sun the same as I don't want to spend the day sitting in a seat in the shade so more umbrellas around the main pool and adding some to the other 2 pools would be a massive bonus to this hotel so you can actually lie on a bed in the shade. There is meant to be a policy of no use of beds for 1 hour and you can report it - I never seen this and seen loads of beds not being used in the shaded areas. The kids had a blast, loved kids club and the disco. Was a bit disappointed that I had to pay 10 euro per child for the disco when I was all inclusive with Thomas Cook (and the kids club is for TC customers). The food is good (not excellent) but definitely something for everyone every day. Snacks were great for the kids and soft drinks on tap. The bedroom is pretty small, the air con worked a treat in the high 30 temperature of last week. All in all a good family holiday and is close to loads of amenities so if you don't fancy the hotel for the day you are within walking distance to the beach and loads of places to eat and drink. Would definitely consider this hotel again. Collapse

We travelled here with our 1 year old in mid July and are both in our early 30's. Our room was great couldn't have asked for better had a lovely pool view, nice balcony, room had a fridge and a shower over bath which was really handy. Rooms were cleaned each day and were brilliant, plenty of space for us. The staff were lovely on reception and around the hotel. The food was good for an all inclusive hotel, fairly basic and would cover some pretty fussy eaters. The pools were lovely everywhere was just really nice and clean. Really family orientated no issues with stag/hens full of families. Location wise it's near everything you could want right in between magaluf and palmanova. Downsides were the sunbed situation was irritating, people reserving sun beds all day from 8:30 in the morning which basically meant we could never get a sunbed, loads of empty sunbeds just reserved with a towel on, this needs sorting out and spoils a really nice hotel. One morning. My husband saw one man reserve 10 sunbeds in a row, this alone puts us off coming back to this hotel again, and resulted in us being unable to fully use our all inclusive package. This was really disappointing. Hotels on a pretty big hill which is a bit of a pain when it's boiling hot with a buggy. Timings for food is a bit annoying - lunch doesn't start til 1pm and dinner is 6:30pm which is a bit late for little ones and there ends up being a queue at these times . Breakfast timings were fine. All in all a really good hotel just a few gripes Collapse

arrived on 19th June, first impressions were okay and staff on reception helpful. once in the room i knew there would be issues, the rooms are very small and cramped. our air con was not working so i called the reception to be told yes someone will fix it. another 24 hours later and i had to chase this up again. to which apparently someone came round and fixed it but it was no better. it the warmer months the air con is not great and it can get very hot in them little rooms. i asked to be upgraded and even before i could finish my sentence the guys said not possible tonight check tomorrow. so we didnt unpack and the next morning went back to be told that no rooms were reserved the night before and they were available but now they are all gone!!! if you purchase wifi then dont be fooled - it DOES NOT work around the pools or even in room 106 which isnt that far, the wifi just cuts out so dont bother purchasing it unless you can sit in reception. parts of this hotel is really good - like the slush puppys on tap with soft drinks, the water slides and park for the kids. the rooms do have a fridge and a good shower and they are clean but that is about it. the food was good however its the same thing but overall the food is edible and good if you can eat in 36 degrees heat. there is no air con in the restaurant and its way too hot to enjoy any type of food. the italian restaurant was nice but the gentleman who servers you is so abrupt and miserable its untrue. we asked for 2 high chairs which is rudley said all gone and we should of said on the booking. it was a very bad start to our evening as we all looking forward to it but to be treated like you had just stepped in someone else's dinning room for dinner was uncomfortable. just a quick one the hotel is on the top of a hill and isnt great walking in that heat every day. i would say it would of been easier to stay in a more central location as the beach and shopping area is lovely to walk around of a night. we had a fire alarm at 1am in the morning to which the whole corridor of 101 -110 didnt get any sound at all but the rest of the hotel evacuated. seems strange - we only heard the noises of people walking out the hotel so went down to reception to see what was going on to be told that someone was smoking in their rooms. i was concerned that we did not hear any alarms and informed the reception manager. he later came back to me the next day to say that it was not the actually fire alarm that went off and simply was the alarm in the reception that went off to indicate there was a problem. however people on the 4th floor heard it and left the building so it just didn't add up. Fire Hoses were available but it a locked cabinet so if there was a fire we would of had no way of fighting it. after this i found it very difficult to relax. the hotel is very noisey and the walls are thinner than paper. i would suggest for the money we paid i would of stayed else where.... there is no bar or toilet at the water slide pool and you have to keep walking back up to get drinks and its only 2 per time so was not so much as a holiday. we had 8 kids so felt like we were spending lots of time walking around...entertainment was good a few good shows. The pool bar lady called Anna is lovely, she is genuinely a lovely lady who i have a lot of respect for, you attended to all the kids - even came round the front of the bar to help them get the slush and cokes as they couldn't reach. she always had a smile and was happy to help. she saw an old lady who pushed in front of me and demanded drinks however anna politely asked me over the lady's shoulder what i wanted. the old lady then shouted at her to which anna kindly replied. you must wait as there is a que. so professional and handle it so well. there is also ana on the reception who caught my eye that i thought was really lovely and dealt with things al ittle more courteous then the other staff. we were in a group of 10 - we all felt the same, would we go back no......
