Where do I start? Biggest hellhole in Europe. I’ve seen nicer orphanages. On arrival, we were told that basically anything goes, apart from jumping off the balcony, nice. Went to go in bath with a caramel ting that I found outside Crystal was about to pipe the beaver off her and she got ants in her beaver and I got nix action lag week, and er mush there was bare curry sauce ont roof and it ponged like hands and feet Pete, brought a bird back and tried rattling her in the bathroom but caught nits of tommy Codger. Robbed on day 5, almost nonced by barman multiple times and all round pure doss pot place. Also be careful of hidden charges they try to add to rinse you for their cowie addictions. Peace Collapse

We came here for a girls holiday and the appartments were amazing! Staff were so friendly and helped with anything and everything and made us feel really safe too! The pool was amazing and the hotel is right by the strip! Would definitely come again!

Our first impressions of the hotel weren’t exactly off to a good start when I arrived to the room and stood on glass. I complained and went to reception I was asked did I want a plaster there wasn’t any apology or sign of sympathy. We then went back up to inspect the room to see we had no towels, no kettle, no soap and one of the beds had no blanket. Whilst we stayed we had no working air conditioning in the apartment and the trip switch in the room repeatedly tripped which posed very annoying during our stay. The light on the balconies didn’t work either for the duration of the stay. During our stay only one lift was in service and during the duration our stay the second lift was out of service for periods. This posed as an inconvenience as we stayed on the 7th floor and often had bags or were tired upon arriving back at the hotel. Our first night we went out and came home at around roughly 4am. There wasn’t much point trying to sleep as their was constant screaming and banging at our door from other drunk guests, one of the nights we received pornographic images slid under our door. The next morning I complained to reception that I didn’t have a blanket to sleep with that night and that I used a towel to sleep with. I was then laughed at asking was I seriously asking for a blanket in this heat. As a paying customer of the hotel I should of been given a blanket and I was extremely taken back by being laughed at. Whilst we stayed at the hotel we spent the majority of the time lounging by the pool area which I had very little issues with. The bar by the pool had a great atmosphere, they let you pick your music and the staff were very friendly. The only fault I had with this is that I was informed about a hotel resident that was staying in the hotel that was a rep for a local nightclub had recently been accused of rape, tended to hang out around the pool area. I know this is not a fault of the hotel but I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable after finding this out. I read in previous reviews before my stay that previous residents attained chest infections from the pool. Upon arriving back in Ireland I myself had found myself with a chest infection and had to be put on a 2 week course of antibiotics. I am putting this down to the pool as the weather was 30+ degrees every day I was there. Collapse

Just back after a stay at this hotel with friends. I was optimistic and what to expected having read mixed reviews about this hotel, I can honestly say from the negative ones I read from months previous it has clearly improved. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, when we needed fresh towels all we had to do was return the ones we had and collect fresh ones. There was also toilets rolls for when you run out available. The staff were also more than happy to supply us with the remote control for the air conditioning in the room at no extra cost in our case and when the safe in the room had run out of batteries they supplied as with a new packet in order for it to be operated. The room itself was adequate, it was basic but clean which is what you ask for, I saw previous reviews re: ants, we didn’t find this, room clean and also had a fridge and freezer which was great to keep water cool and make ice cubes. Flat screen tv, balcony furniture etc all in good working order. Yes in the late nights there was noise, but at the end of the day you’re going to a hotel with youngsters, you’re out during the day and like most of the other residents you’ve had a good drink and go to your bed and asleep before the noise is an issue, it’s not exactly a hotel for a “quiet retreat.” WiFi was poor that was one downside, we couldn’t get it to work unfortunately. Pool very good, plenty sun loungers.. although some need replaced I think. The pool very clean and well maintained, the poolside is a sun trap! As for the poolside bar well stocked, friendly staff and cheap prices, €2.50 for a pint of either Carling or San Miguel and it was more than drinkable too. Saw plenty of bar snacks being served and they seemed to go down well also. If you’re looking for a good value, adequate hotel for a stay in Magaluf which is close to all the clubs, bars and restaurants then this is definitely more than suitable, we would consider going back next year.
