Al Qasr means 'The Palace' - and this hotel truly is the jewel in the crown of Madinat Jumeirah. Designed in the style of a Sheikh’s summer residence, the hotel replicates traditional royal architecture, coupled with luxurious modernity throughout. Approached along a tree-lined avenue, adorned with beautifully sculpted Arabian horses, the hotel itself will take your breath away. A tribute to the age-old architectural styles of Arabia, Al Qasr is an oasis of luxury. It’s a place dedicated to relaxing, playing and the finer things in life.
As part of the magnificent Madinat Jumeirah or 'City of Jumeirah', Al Qasr offers all the facilities and activities of the wider resort. World-class restaurants, bars and cafes, Talise Spa and our healthclub Talise Fitness, a traditional souk housing scores of boutiques, shops and galleries – this is just a taste of the experiences available to you during your stay at Al Qasr.

Hi, Just on our last night here, we've had a lovely time. The Al Qasr hotel is 1st class, we upgraded to executive lounge and I feel that's worth doing. If only for the complimentary drinks between 6 and 8pm. The executive lounge is great. The staff are all incredible, all welcoming with big smiles ready to take care of you. Rashid the breakfast Chef is the man, what he can't do with an omelette isn't worth knowing, thanks Rashid. So Al Qasr is actually one of 4 hotels all joined together, you can use the facilities in all of them and all the restaurants, which is good. The foods been excellent all round. Pierchic is not worth the money in my opinion. Pool area is really nice, staff very helpful, even in this sweltering heat. The hotel should provide them with better clothing to help with it though. The boats that link the hotels are cool, almost like a little Venice. We've also been on the water sports, paddle boarding is free from 9-11am, which is great. All the guys in the water sports place are great, so helpful. Raphael and Para deserve a special mention. All in all I've loved it, couldn't recommend enough. Good work team Collapse

We only spent 3 days in this beautiful hotel and we will certainly come back! It has a character and offers great service!!all personnel was polite and very helpful. A big thank you to Wesley, he was an Abras (boat that takes you around Jumeirah hotels) driver. He gave us a tour around and was so kind! We could use the facilities of all Jumeirah hotels(they are all next to each other) and also had the option of dining in many restaurants of the hotels!!we have stayed in other dubai hotels before and we were happy but this one is to come back for sure!! We arrived at Jumeirah al Qasr at around 2 o clock, our check in was quick however not very informative. The lady that checked us in seemed as if she was in a rush. We stayed in an Arabian deluxe room which was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was of a good condition although every time we had a shower we seemed to have a flood outside of it as the water had somehow leaked out of the cubicle. We were half board so we always had a breakfast and a dinner. There was a big variety of pastries, cereals, juices and they made you your preferred egg. The evening meal had a few different cuisines however there was not a lot and I have been to 3-4 star hotels with a bigger variety. I felt that the ladies that took our order for coffee and tea in the morning did not care or pay attention and consequently the orders frequently came back wrong. We celebrated my daughters birthday and I requested a birthday cake like we've had in all the other hotels we've been to that haven't even been five star. For the amount that we paid and the reputation I thought they had the cake provided was really quite embarrassing. It was a small square of chocolate cake that was just enough for one person. On top of that the way that one of the restaurant staff bought it in one hand behind her back was frankly quite depressing. I didn't think the pool was brilliant but wild wadi water park was very close by so we made the most of that instead. The two cleaners that came to service our rooms were very nice and did a good job. The lobby areas were nice, clean and I would say they were of a 5 star quality. They have two very good forms of transport to move around the resorts (buggies and boats) and we enjoyed riding on them. All in all there was a few areas in which I felt underwhelmed and I expected more. On our previous holidays we usually relax and enjoy hotel amenities, this holiday we spent a lot of time doing some fantastic excursions and still had a great time. Collapse

Yet another fantastic holiday spent with the family at Al Qasr. As returning guests we still greatly appreciate the standard of this hotel. The people employeed are probably the biggest assest. always greets you with a smile and never say no. Everything is possible. Hotelrooms are very spacious and very clean. Restaurants are very good and I would like to highlight the "Hide". service is second-to-none and both meat and wine is fantastic. Will definitely come back Collapse
