Being a single mum of two children aged 13 (boy) and 3 (girl) I was sure that any hotel I chose would suit one of the child and not the other. Los Patos Park was fantastic, it suited both children and the staff were brilliant, honestly they were just incredible with all ages even adults wanted to join in with the games. We were there for two weeks and did not want to come home, those two week flew by. We were in hotel room number 115 which overlooked the car park, not the best view, but it was quite and sat on the balcony people watching was a perfect end to the end. The choice of food was fantastic, the only problem is I have come home 9lbs heavier (the cheese selection and puddings are to die for). The choice of alcohol and cocktails with the all inclusive package is brilliant and if you do require branded alcohol you only have to pay a top up (which was often 1 euro or something). If I had to say anything negative about this hotel it would simply be that you need to queue up I'm the morning to get a sun bed. I have read many reviews saying people were queuing for over an hour etc. That is correct if you want a certain sunbed in a certain spot, I was happy with a sunbed anywhere, so I only waited for 30 minutes max and always got 2/3 sunbeds. I would be shocked if you came to this hotel with your family and were disappointed, Thank you Los Patos Park and all the staff for an amazing holiday and memories that will last a lifetime. Collapse

Visited with our 2 year old son. We did bee and breakfast but paid for lunch/dinner a couple of times. Really enjoyed our stay at los patos park. Positives: - Clean - Great location near beach, shops, bars, restaurants etc short walk (20 min) to marina. - Food was good, great choice - Entertainment was good, my 2 year old loved the mini disco Negatives: - Queue for sun loungers, they don't open until 10 which is a bit late for us, we spent most days at the beach - Queue for lifts - My biggest negative has to be the shows that include live animals. These animals didn't always look happy, especially at the end when kids were given the opportunity to have pictures taken with the animals. The kids all rush up and the animals were that nervous and scared they were actually messing on the stage constantly and trying to get away. My advise would be to make the kids wait behind a line (which they do during certain shows) and let them go up one at a time. The shows were very good, especially the magic show which didn't really need the animals. Overall really great hotel. We will definitely return to Patos Park but would not like to see these animal shows or poor treatment of animals at the end. Collapse

Stayed in July. 3 Adults, 2 Children – 2 rooms. From the moment we arrived, I was very impressed. The receptionists were wonderful and urged us to get to our rooms, sort the family out and have some food before sorting out the paperwork. The rooms themselves were clean and cool with a large bathroom. Both rooms had a balcony. The restaurant was staffed by very friendly, very busy people who always welcomed the children before getting us to our seats. The food is buffet style with a massive choice and very good quality: Huge selection of breads, salads, cold meats and cheeses. Numerous hot dishes including a couple of pasta offerings, pizzas, wide choice of fish, different cuts of meats, paella – for every meal there seemed to be something different added. The puddings again had a wide choice – though some better guidance as to what they were may have helped. The water park was perfect for us (children aged 5 and 10). The children’s pool had many small slides and water spouts and encouraged water guns and inflatables. The main waterslide were good fun and accessible for all the family. Life guards were in attendance at the top of the slides as well as at the bottom. There was a third deep pool which was nice to chill in as it never got busy with children. The bar is accessible from the pool side and there is another bar near the children’s pool. The stand out features of the hotel are: great restaurant and waterpark with fantastic staff who always had a smile. Would love to return Collapse

I have just returned from a 10 night all inclusive stay at this hotel with my husband and twin boys .. This hotel was amazing and I would highly recommend it, the hotel was spotless, room cleaned everyday with clean towels and bedding and the whole hotel maintained to a very high standard. The food was amazing, one of the best I have seen on an all inclusive basis .. Plenty for children to do, kids club, entertainers and 4 pools with its own waterpark ... Play park and inside amusements. Every night they had very good entertainment which started with the kids club and then something for all ages .. The staff and service at this hotel is excellent, all staff extremely attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. There are a couple of down sides however, the rooms could be bigger, no storage, no drawers just a double wardrobe, our room was for 4 people and I requested x2 double beds as opposed to a double bed and 2 travel cots as our boys are nearly 3, this took majority of the room and there was nowhere to store the pushchair and the room was incredibly crammed, the only other issue was the pool situation and queuing for beds, this queue started at 8am and the gates to the pools do not open until 10am, the reason for this is safety as the lifeguards to not start until this time so this is a great thing but queuing for 2hrs on a morning wasn't ideal Collapse
