Very strange foods on offer that could not be put together to make a meal. Could not fault the cleanliness of the rooms or the helpfulness of the staff. Disappointed there was no pool, but I knew this before I traveled. Collapse

For 3 nights £160 b&b close to Disneyland and the train station, you can’t really go wrong. Yes it’s basic, the rooms were clean, big enough, bed was comfy, we managed to get early check in and late check out. The staff were friendly. The only issue we had was our safe didn’t work, so they offered to store our valuables at reception. We declined on this occasion and just took our things with us. The breakfast is a buffet, plenty of options, hot and cold (cooked breakfast, fruit, pastries, pancakes, bread, cheese etc, hot & cold drinks) You can also pay 22euro for a buffet dinner which we did one night during our stay, there were about 3 options for each starters, mains and dessert. Fairly standard. There’s not much around the hotel, so they serve snacks and drinks in the reception/cafe/bar areas until the early hours of the morning. The pizzas and cookies were decent enough! There are also vending machines for any snacks or essential toiletries! There is a free shuttle bus which comes every 10 mins to take you to Disneyland/Train station and takes between 5-15mins, depending if they stop at other hotels on route. It’s starts early and the last journey is around midnight! All in all it was a pleasant stay, happy to recommend for a few days cheap/basic hotel if your heading to Disneyland or Paris for the day. So we arrived 17th Jan we checked in with a man on the desk who was lovely! Polite and was very helpful we then went and put our bags in our room we then decided to go to the Disney village and get the free shuttle bus which is included in our hotel, the next bus was in 30 minutes so we thought we would go the the hotel bar and have a drink whilst we wait we went to the bar and the blonde lady behind the bar disregarded that we was stood waiting for drinks she then finally came over to us to which I asked for my drink ‘can I have a Malibu and coke please’ to which she shouted in my face ‘good evening what do u want?’ I then repeated my order and she shouted again ‘what do you want’ at this point she was so rude I said there’s no need to be rude I’m not repeating a third time to which she laughed so I said forget about the drink as I’m not going to be spoken to like that and spend my money with service like that, as we walked out I highlighted to the nice man behind the reception about how rude she was and he apologised and said he would speak to her, when we returned that evening to the hotel bar after the Disney parks she was not there and the two other staff members were polite and helpful. The next day we spent the day in disneyland so there was no interaction with the staff but the following day on the 19th we had our do not disturb sign on the door but the cleaners still entered our room which was fine we had no issue they apologised and they left about an hour and a half later a random bloke who was possibly maintenance walked into our room without knocking and walked towards our bed (the rooms are very hot so we were only in little shorts and vest top and did not have the duvets over us) my friend woke up to the sound of someone coming in looked up and he was stood next to her bed she was asleep in she said to the man oh god you made me jump he just said sorry and run out the room, Then 30/45 mins later he was stood outside our room arguing and shouting with a woman who looked as though she was room cleaner, this went on for around 15 mins, they then moved to outside but right underneath our window shouting very loudly in French not appropriate and there was no explanation for this. We spend the evening in the hotel bar as happy hour is 2 for 1 cocktails we then went to our room to watch a bit of tv and chill out at about 12.30am we decided we was hungry we rang reception to ask if there snack bar was still open and if we could order some food to which he said yes and to come order from the bar I went down to the bar which was very busy seeing as they are meant to stop serving at 12am they were still serving a large group of people i ordered a pizza €12 i took it back to our room which was about 30 seconds away we took a bite to realise it wasn’t cooked properly and was stone cold i called the reception to explain and the man on the phone said he would bring a freshly cooked pizza to our room in 10/15 mins so we left the pizza and waited i phoned him at around 12.45 it was now 1.45am and we had not got our pizza to which I rang reception again and explained it had been a hour now and we was not waiting anymore and would just like our money back he explained if we went to the reception in the morning we would get our €12 back. The next day we went to reception and spoke with a man called ‘emanuele’ we explained what had happened and he said no refund we explained the pizza was still in our room uneaten as it was not cooked properly the night before he was very rude and declined to do anything about it and again just laughed I asked to speak to the manager and again he laughed and said he was busy and couldn’t speak to us to which I asked for the managers name ( they all wear name badges) he would not give us the managers name and said there was nothing to do but if we came down at 9am that morning he would of gave us a hot drink and not the refund or even another pizza the following night he was extremely unhelpful and had awful customer service! Awful experience and I will not be coming back again.. we come to Disneyland Paris every year and I will not be staying here again! Collapse

We stayed here with our two young children for a mini disneyland break the week before christmas. On arrival to the hotel we were greeted by a very large, stunning christmas tree followed by a member of reception staff. Checking in was easy and quick, all staff spoke English very well. We had room number 5 which was on ground level just a few doors away from reception. The room was quiet, spacious and spotless. We had hangers for our jackets by the door, a large family bathroom with bath, hot powerful shower (shower gel provided) toilet and large sink area and a small hairdryer. Followed by the bedroom which was spacious for a family of four and our two medium cases. The kids had a bunk bed which was sturdy and comfortable. We had a double bed which was also extremely comfy with extra pillows. We had a dressing table with mirror and some information leaflets. We had large doors which led out to an outside grass area. In the reception there is a lovely spacious seating area with kids toys and mini slides, a bar which you can purchase snacks and pizzas, a small disney shop and a pool table. To get to the restaurant/breakfast buffet you walk outside into another building. Again greeted by staff and explained all the foods. I am gluten free and staff were extremely informative and helpful with what foods i can and cant eat. Breakfast was great, an all you can eat buffet with hot and cold varieties, pancakes, fruit, bakery, gluten free bead was made upon request. Hot drinks and fruit juice stations. The restaurant was clean and spacious with no queues for breakfast when we went for 7.30am. We did stop off for an evening meal here too which was an all you can eat buffet and unfortunately there was not much gluten free options so they charged me half price (drinks are not included in this buffet) The outside area was very well kept, clean and tidy with beautiful christmas lights and decorations throughout. The kids loved the mini farm, which was also very well kept. The animals are all healthy and happy in their lovely homes. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the parks regularly throughout the day. Collapse

Stayed over New Years Ever 2018/2019 and the hotel was great for how much we paid at one of the busiest times of the year! Hotel is clean but very basic, rooms are an adequate size. Annoyingly there was kettle in the room but no mugs or complimentary tea or coffee (could be purchased for a price). Wouldn't recommend the food at the hotel, breakfast was ok but reminiscent of a school canteen and the bar food was just frozen food heated up, all in all not many options for getting cheap, decent food in the hotel so don't rely on this! Luggage store is great and the check in staff were very helpful, free shuttle to Disney is great and offered a frequent service. All in all, a cheap base for a trip to Disney and would recommend if you are trying to keep the costs down. Collapse
