Amazing place!

We didn't stay to sleep but hosted an event for our company in their facilities and the service was brilliant. Really good catering, very friendly staff - they were all the time on the top of things. Good location. Very pleased.

Steering us to places the locals love. Large hotels are usually “not our thing”; however, I would not hesitate to give it a high recommendation. Collapse

The venue has an unbeatable location. It is a stone throw from the old town, but luckily out of the tourist madness, tucked a bit away from the large Marques de Pombal square across Lisbon iconic park near the Pombal metro station (500m), . Quiet and relaxing. Easily accessible by metro or car, the hotel has a very good high standard of rooms. I was upgraded to a river view room, that has a double door entry to the sleeping area. The view on the city and the Tagus river is striking. The beds and beddings are plush and comfy. Room size was around 20sqm and the floor was carpeted and the large bathroom had a tub, and a bidet next to the toilet. Toiletries are of a local high quality brand. The room had a desk next to the window and a single armchair, the large closet at the entrance and the luggage rack in the room are enough to store all the belongings of a couple travelling for a few days. The only (but very) annoying thing was that the bathroom floor was clearly not hovered and swiped between the last guest and me. Hairs were present and this is completely unacceptable for such a hotel! Disgusting. They sent a maid to clean it and enquire, but why simply not to clean the floor properly ? Currently there are renovation works taking place in the highest floor (12 and above) weekdays between 10h to 18h. Wi-Fi was free and worked well and the breakfast was varied and of high quality. Service was prompt and friendly, I would stay again there most probably, if the price is right, at 189 Euros, with no compensation for the bathroom issue, I do not think this reflects what I got, and no one offered to compensate the issue by discounting the price as it should be On top, management, I m still waiting for the amenity points since my stay days ago. Seems like your team is a bit on the loose overall Collapse

We stayed here for a total of 4 nights in March during an 11 day visit to Portugal. The rooms were moderate size and decently appointed (recognize that the hotel is in the midst of a renovation, which did not impact us in terms of noise). Views from the room were superb down to the Castelo and Rio Tejo. Concierge and staff were attentive as one would expect of a 4-5 star hotel. 5-10 minute walk to the Lisbon Metro. Also, the hotel is located next to a large park, with great views at the top of the hill. Location is not totally central of the tourist attractions, but close to the Metro and taxis are plentiful and very inexpensive in Lisbon. My rating is in reference to 5 star hotel. Collapse

We recently stayed here for two nights and found it to be very comfortable and a quality stay. The staff was very helpful and the room was newly renovated and very clean. The hotel is a bit more in the business district but there are metro stops close by and Lisbon is a very easy city to walk in! Collapse
