My boyfriend and I stayed at this amazing hotel last week. It was perfectly situated near the train (Pholen Chit) stop. The staff was absolutely fabulous. Noi the manager was so wonderful. I explained my gluten allergy and she was very reassuring about the food options within the hotel. We traveled to Chiang Mai, and when we returned to Bangkok for our last night, Noi asked again about how I was doing with food and the gluten allergy. Everyone at the front desk were very caring and kind. PM and Nuchy were especially very delightful. PM always made sure we had everything we needed, and answered questions regarding our day trips. The restaurant (Metro) had very good food. We ate here for breakfast. Before coming to Thailand I was afraid I would starve due to my gluten allergy (can't eat soy sauce). However, the staff was very accommodating. More so than any restaurant I've been to in Chicago. First, they offered me gluten free bread which was very good. Secondly, Nueng, my waitress personally walked me through the buffet, and the cooks to determine what I could and couldn't eat. She realized I wanted Thai food, and had the Chef talk to me. Chef Yo personally asked what I wanted and he made it special order with the sauces and ingredients I could eat. I had fried rice and basil chicken. After this day, Nueng waited on our table every morning we had breakfast, and every day I had a made to order breakfast. Isn't that wonderful?? I would load up on all the food at breakfast just in case I had limitations through out the day. I can't thank Nueng, Chef Yo, and the entire staff, including Chef Jimmy, and Markie for the wonderful service. The Hotel was spotless. Everything was very clean, and had a very cool vibe throughout. It feels new and chic. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop bars in Bangkok. Really cool views. Both rooms we stayed in had city views which were stunning. The bath room amenities were really nice and they are very good about providing bottled water since you can't drink tap water in Thailand. When we return to Bangkok, we will definitely book with this hotel again! Collapse

Amazing hotel Amazing staff. This has been my 20th trip to Bangkok, and it is not going to be the last one, as my wife and I love this city, and every time we stay in a different Hotel. But it is not going to happen again. We have chosen our hotel for the rest of our Thai vacations. This time we have had the luck to book in the Indigo Hotel. It is an amazing hotel. It is is very well located, the pool is beautiful. And it has the most professional people working there. Everyone is looking out for your stay to be perfect, everyone knows about addresses, malls, attractions, massage places. But there is one man who is incredible, he is the kindest person that we have met in Thailand, and I assure you that we have met a lot. His name is PM, he always has an smile for you, he is always worried about you stay. He is simply amazing and he is the reason that we are not going to choose another hotel from now on. Congrats to the hotel for having this kind of incredible people working in this fantastic hotel. We will see you very soon!!! Collapse

I always wanna try Hotel Indigo in BKK ever since its opening since this boutique hotel is really cool in other locations like Shanghai & Paris. Then, I really looked forward to the infinity pool here as well. Finally, we got to spend 5D4N including Valentines Day & Chinese New Year at Hotel Indigo. I would say this is a truly a value-4-money hotel, we like the decor, ambience, restaurant, service... The infinity pool is much more smaller than I expected yet it captures the best part of the city with it ideal location on the 22nd floor. The hotel is nice to offer festive gifts (pic below) to their guests (+ IHG members). Couple of hiccups though: 1) our room key kept failing every alternate day which we had to bring back to the front desk to reset 2) bottle of water, shower gel/shampoo/body lotion were not refilled on a daily basis :( 3) the hotel called a cab for us to get to the airport but we were not told that a flat rate of TB500 to be charged. It took us quite some time to bargain it down to TH400. In fact , the actual meter fare should be roughly TB300 at most. This is annoying indeed! Collapse

Pro - Overall staff is friendly and tries to help. - Hotel is clean, although cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. - Interesting design as expected at Indigo hotels - Central location, metro station in walking distance. Cons: - Very noisy, especially due to small children / chinese tourists who don't care about other guests who might relax and have a swim in the pool area. Unfortunately, hotel staff in the pool area is not ensuring at least a basic order. This hotel is not recommended for couples, single travelers. Better options close by. - Rooms are rather small. We didn't have enough space to store our bags. - Collapse

My fiancé and I stayed at the Hotel Indigo twice during our recent trip to Bangkok (once for 5 nights, and second for the night before our flight back home). On both occasions, we were wowed. Arrival/First Impressions: Upon entering the hotel, you are greeted by a chic, cool and comfortable look and feel, which is equally matched by the staff’s warmth and enthusiasm. You are welcomed by everyone in the room, and given a “welcome drink” of iced Thai Tea (which was good enough for us to by 10 cases of later). PM, who checked us in initially was super friendly, and notified us that we were upgraded to a deluxe room. Pretty great way to start our trip! As we were a bit early for check in, the staff stored our bags and allowed us to go explore the city (with a few recommendations from them). Hotel Room Quality: Our first hotel room was a 16th floor suite with views looking over the city. Absolutely immaculate! The room itself was spotless, king size bed very cozy, and a shower that will make you never want to leave it. AC worked like a charm, and we were never uncomfortable. For those who’ve traveled to other locations abroad, you’ll be happy to know that the room INCLUDED an ironing board & iron. Our second room was a 22nd floor balcony suite which had even better views. Needless to say, we were quite impressed. Staff: It’s hard to say enough about how great the staff treated us. We really felt like guests the whole way. A couple examples: PM, Oil, Rainy and Nuchy were extremely attentive to every one of our needs. They always greeted us was a big smile, and made sure everything was taken care of the first time. Their execution was FLAWLESS, and we always felt confident that we were in good hands. Noi, the manager really looked out for my fiancé who has a heavy gluten allergy. She walked her through where she could eat in the city, as well as alerted the hotel kitchen to ensure she always had plenty of food to eat, which really put her mind at ease. One of the staff members also provided great assistance in setting us up to go to Lumpani Stadium to watch authentic Muay Thai kickboxing. It wasn’t an easy task to do on our own, so he really streamlined things for us, and we had an awesome time. Amenities: The hotel boasts an infinity pool and one of the best rooftop bars in Bangkok. Great sized gym, excellent breakfast buffet, and only 5 minutes from the BTS station are also pluses. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and will assuredly stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok. Collapse
