This hotel very good for its service. We checked in on 13th evening after a long journey of 10 hours by bus from Paris. Fastest check in service in my experience and room was ready. Extra bed was provided within minutes. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and spacious. This hotel is beside a stadium, so can enjoy some tournament could be enjoyed through the window. Sorrounding is excellent away from hussle and bussle of the city. Mac is opposite to hotel, 2 minutes walk. Tram station is 4 minutes walk in the line 11. It is only 15 minutes to central station. Indian resturent is nearby. Reception is always ready and verymuch helpful except one young lady. She served me on 17th April around 5 pm. While I was returning from Titlis I went back to collect my luggage that was deposited on 15th for 50 Chf. She delivered me except one. I was in hurry on the way to airport for Rome. I asked her to guide me to go to airport by tram. She smartly and fluently asked me to take the tram in opposit direction to city. After asking 2nd time she confirmed the same loudly. But elapsing 30 minutes I could noticed that direction was wrong and I was without one of my bag. I had to go back again to hotel reception and the she could find my another bag and another lady of reception directed me to change the tram in next stop and with number 10 line I could reach the Airport in 15 minutes. I could not either find her 9r to express sorry for these. Collapse

The hotel was great. It was comfortable and the location was great as well. It was just 15 minutes away from town. The bus stop right outside and tram stop 5 minutes away. The hotel provides with iron and iron board which are hung inside the wardrobe. The wardrobe has slide doors for ease with mirror on the slide. There are 3 normal hangers and 2 hangers for trousers. They have an LED tv with usb and HDMI port. Kettle, 2 mugs, glasses, spoons are provided along with teabags, coffee, sugar, sweetener and cream. A table is provided with slidable chair for anyone who needs to do some work with a table lamp. Just above the table they had a magazine stand which magazines about Zurich and a paper with a QR code which you can scan for hotel vouchers. The beds are comfy with side tables and side overhead lamps. One side table has the telephone and hotel branded notepad with a pen. What I really liked about this hotel is that they had two separate single duvets rather than one double or king size duvet. There were 2 pillows on either side. There was another side chair and a coffee table in the room to sit at ease. The rooms have really big windows which have net curtains and normal curtains but also blinds which are controlled by buttons near the start of the door. There's also room to keep you luggage near the door. There's also a locker to keep your valuable in. They also provide shoe polishing mitt and laundry bag. The rooms are spacious. In the bathroom shower gel is provided which can also be used as a shampoo. Two bath towels are provided, a small towel and another one on the floor to dry your feet. Two more hand towels hung at the handle near the wash-basin and two face towels folded in a plastic tray with a soap on top to use to wash hands. Two tumblers with covers are also provieded for when brushing your teeth. The hairdryer is in the bathroom, along with a small magnifier mirror for makeup. The bathroom also has slide doors which is in the effect of windows used for bathrooms. You can ask for slippers from service if needed or any other toiletries free of charge. The hotel provides adapters free of charge, just ask at reception. Otherwise they have both Euro plugs and Swiss plugs. There's an ice dispenser at each floor with a drink vending machine next to it, plastic cups are also there. They have a bar which runs until midnight and a restaurant which runs until 23:00pm. All the staff are really helpful and understanding. They can help and guide with understanding Zurich a bit. You can also purchase a day pass which can be used on trams and buses at the hotel; it costs 8.80 CHF. They also have the facility to leave your luggage with them free of charge after your check-out. They will give you there tickets which are used claim your luggage. Great hotel but the road does get busy and noisy at night but I think it's because we went during the Easter holiday time. I and my sibling slept really well but my parents struggled a bit. Also a side note that shops, some museums, some restaurants, galleries etcetera are closed on public holidays. Tourist information centres close at 18:00pm. But Switzerland is definetely worth visiting once during spring time and once in summer and in winter if you like snow or skiing. Collapse
