This hotel is across the road from the rer stop Grand Noisy which is in zone 4,I brought a mobilis day travel card 1-4 zones at 12.50,to include zone 5 is 17.50.It is about 20mins from central Paris and 30mins from Gare du Nord(do have to change lines). Its also on the line to Disney which is about 10mins,and the stop before Disney is Val d Europe shopping(both of these are in zone5),which I never had time to stop at,But going other way on same line is Temp4les shopping centre at La Defense stop which was once the largest in Europe shopping centre and well worth visiting. But If shopping is your thing next door is a shopping centre, with a large Carrefour on two levels, and all the usual shops like C&A etc. The hotel its self was spotless, there is a lot of work going on,but noise isn't too bad. There was free wifi that worked well I watched a film onlne. On the tv to my surprise there was bbc1,2,news and sky news. There was a fridge in the room, with free water and crisps, that was refilled everyday. Aircon in the room, that was on when we arrived so room was lovely and cool in the heatwave. I didn't have the breakfast, and at 16 euros each was bit much when the shopping centre had plenty of choices at better prices. Collapse

We chose this hotel for our first night because of its location, close to airport and to the La Vallee Outlet Mall. We were very happy with selection. We reserved the half board option for our first night in Paris and breakfast and dinner were excellent. The family room met all our expectations. Parking is available and price is reasonable. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. All inquiries were met with a smile and an answer. The hotel provides free water and snacks in the room. In summary, we were very happy with our start to our Paris vacation. Collapse

I would have written a better review but found staff a little rude! We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel clean and pleasant to stay in. It was easy to find and close to the RER station. On our final night we decided we wanted to eat in the hotel and having gone down was told it was closed only for the bar man to say it was open! After being thrown back and forth someone finally came out to say the restaurant was closed but that we could order food and eat in the bar area albeit quite rudely! Overall we had a good stay but that was the only thing that let it down. Collapse

Ok, first thing I wanna say is my boyfriend and I were very happy with this hotel. Couple of little drawbacks which I'll explain further on. First impression; we arrived at like 11pm by taxi and were greeted by two very welcoming staff at the reception desk. We had hilariously bad french and they had a bit of a laugh with us while checking us in and organising some food for us. (Provided a menu for a local place that delivered and offered to call for us if we couldn't manage the french). So, the two guys working at 11pm on the 21st of June, absolute legends. We were really impressed with the room, we'd been told hotel rooms in Paris are notoriously small but this one was just massive. The air con was on so it was lovely and cool in there (something like 30 degrees when we arrived in Paris) and there was a mini fridge with some ice cold water and snacks which we really appreciated. TV and couch for relaxing, nice big desk and mirror and lovely bath shower facilities with shampoo and shower gel provided, so handy! Location; There's an RER stop across the road which goes straight to the city and virtually anywhere you need for cheap. I can't speak for what it's like at night as we only travelled during the day. There's a huge shopping centre literally right next door with everything you could need. Not a lot of choice regards food if the shopping centre is closed however, so watch that. We didn't use the hotel restaurant or bar as we spent all of our time away and came back to sleep and relax. Just a couple of cons then; the mini fridge didn't seem to be chilling anything we put into it, (we had bought a few items such as milk and sliced meats to have in the room). It was a bit of bother though we were too shy to say anything. Also on sunday evening we didn't realise that there would be nowhere to get some supplies, so I asked the guy in the restaurant if it were possible to buy some bread. He said it was not at all possible and I went back to my room. Maybe it's not policy but to be fair it was just a bit of bread. The main drawback is probably the immediate surrounding area, it seems fairly poor and run down, although the hotel is kept immaculately, we went for a walk and found the area to be dirty and a bit not nice. On one occasion there was a guy sleeping on the bench right outside the hotel (no problem) who got up, walked over near where we were sitting on the wall and urinated (ok problem). This was literally right outside the hotel. Might benefit from some security to prevent this? All in all this hotel is great, we got it for pretty cheap, the location is great for accessing the city (and Disneyland too, though we didn't go there) and the room was everything we wanted and more. I would recommend this hotel to you if you're not mad fussy about the area and just want somewhere comfy and welcoming to stay after a mental day in Paris. We did daytime activities and retired to the hotel after dark to avoid creepy subways and unfamiliar areas after dark. So if that's the kind of holiday you're planning then this is your place! Negative point is this hotel is too far from city but there is a train station just a road cross away. Still I would suggest not to book this hotel if you want to enjoy nightlife in city or want to spend more time in city. I had come here in a group tour and I guess they might have got rooms in cheaper prices so we had to stay here. Rooms are small but clean. Service is good. Breakfast is not so great. Overall I rate it as 3. Collapse
