First I want to say the property is lovely and I found my suite to be very spacious. The couch was comfy and I loved the full kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with a separate area with door for the toilet. It was a shower/bath combo with a huge bathtub which did make it a bit of step to get in and out of the shower. If you have disabilities this might be a problem for you. My room was very clean and the bed super comfy. Huge walkin closet with a safe. I had no issues getting a parking pass like some reviewers had and there was no selling of shows to me. Perhaps cause my friend had already been there a few days when she met me in the lobby. When we did use the concierge for a recommendation for a nail salon and to buy discount tickets to the Linq ferris wheel I found them very helpful and not pushy at all. Every member of the staff I met was helpful and friendly. Did not use the restaurant or pools but did use the shuttle service to The Linq and the shuttle on the property. All the drivers were professional and friendly. Now for my issues. There was a fireplace in the living room and the pilot light was very noisy which means there was gas coming into the room. The windows do open and the sliding door on the balcony. I had no issues with the full size washer and dryer being in a closet on the balcony, but didn't like the large ash tray receptacle on the balcony. The insulation is not great. Even though I was on the 2nd or middle floor I could hear all the airplanes flying over. We were in either the final approach or takeoff pattern a couple of mornings with the jets roaring overhead. Also building 17 is in the back of the property where I stayed and there is a gate area to another building where large trucks come through the gate very early in the morning. Also when guests arrive upstairs you can hear them (several people mentioned this when we were on the shuttle bus of hearing their neighbors coming and going from above) so ask for a top floor but no elevators so will have to drag your suitcases up two flights of stairs. But there are some serious maintenance quality control issues. Here is what happened to me. 1. After checking in I drove to my unit to climb the stairs and found 6 bags of laundry and trash on the landing of the 2nd floor that made it almost impossible to pass with my suitcase. These were not small bags but very large laundry bags full of used lines and large trash bags full of trash. Upon waking the next morning on Wednesday (2/14) and still finding the bags there I reported them to the front desk to which they were promptly picked up. But why did I have to report this? This would also have been a safety hazard if an emergency in trying to get by them and shouldn't someone in housekeeping know they were there and removed them after cleaning the units? 2. Upon arriving to my 1 bedroom villa and washing my hands in the bathroom sink I found the faucet aerator sitting next to the sink. Didn't housekeeping see this and report it? The faucet squirted everywhere! I tried to screw it on to no avail. I then tried to call maintenance or the front desk on my room phone but the phone didn't work (another issue in an emergency and the inability to call for a courtesy bus). When I pushed the preset numbers it would ring and then go back to dial tone. I then flagged down one of the courtesy bus drivers who immediately called in the sink issue. I didn't tell him about the phone. The sink was fixed upon my return to the unit. Also upon returning, I stopped by the front desk to report the phone issue and a maintenance worker quickly arrived and reprogrammed the phone. 3. The light over the landing outside of my room was burnt out my entire stay. This made it a bit dark arriving back to my room especially as a single traveling female. I did not report this and perhaps it is still burnt out so hopefully someone finds it before the next guest checks in. 4. The toilet would run after flushing. I had to go back in and flip the flusher a few times and then it would fill and stop running. But didn't housekeeping see this when they cleaned the room? While I could understand one of these items the entire list is a bit overwhelming because what else is being missed? I have written to the hotel about these issues so hopefully they will be addressed. So based on the maintenance issue and the noise from the jets and trucks I only gave 3 stars. Collapse

Love the property. Very clean. Gated. Close to the strip. Large rooms with king beds. Multiple pools. Plenty of parking. Check in was kind of messy as it took forever for 16 guys that pre-paid but we survived. The bed was comfy with lots of pillow choices. The shower was too tall for me and could not be moved to accommodate might lack of height. The bedroom TV's didn't work but really didn't need them. Would stay again. Collapse

Love the hotel! Great room we have here Very spacious and complete amenities! It has spacious rooms, comfy sofa and great TV. We flew from NYC directly to Las Vegas and went straight to our hotel after picking up our rented car. We happened to stay in 1 bedroom Villa with 1 King bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. Even with one king bed and a sofa, it's comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen and the dining room are also spacious, complete and nicely decorated. The pool is nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Happy to be back! Collapse

This was nice for an off-strip option. The room layout was nice, basically a little apartment, and was well-appointed and comfortable.
