The lobby is beautiful, the rooms not so much. I have been told they are renovating but wasn’t happy with what we had so that doesn’t help. Also, the rooms were not cleaned. They left the same dirty glass on the bedside table the entire 6 day trip. The bathroom floor was filthy when we got there and it remained filthy when we left. The walls were gross. They left dirty wash clothes in the bathrooms. I know they didn’t vacuum because the powder that fell on the floor was still on the floor each day. The breakfast accommodations for non gold members were mediocre but not bad. Also, if you book your hotel through a travel agent, Expedia, or anyone other than Hilton you will not get Hilton honors points. Collapse

The hotel is old and needs major updates and renovations. Our room was okay but it was definitely old and the bathroom was crummy. I had to ask for a new shower curtain because ours was gross. I waited two days. I got another one but it was definitely not “new”. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate as best they could. My major complaint is they have a small store for “Starbucks” coffee and prepared sandwiches, etc. In the morning the store is packed, cannot accommodate all the guests. Meanwhile there is a “special dining room” for the HH gold members which is practically empty unless there is a convention going on some days. HH gold members are entitled to a free great breakfast. Unless the “special” dining room is open, which it depends on how many members the hotel feels worth it to open, the breakfasts suck. Honestly, I was very disappointed in this Hilton and would not stay here again. Collapse
Mostly Negative with a Few Positives

Just returned from a 5-night/6-day business conference. Our main group was at a different hotel and we got the short end of the straw. This is an OLD Hilton that seriously, really, honestly needs a full remodeling! The rooms, the carpet, the lighting, the elevators, the bar/restaurant/public areas...all old, outdated, not fresh, and maybe not 'dirty' but not "fresh and new", that's for sure. Negatives: Old and dated. Staff can be curt. A/C set to low 68f unless you call them and have them override to make colder (which you have to do every few days). Elevators old and slow and may have to push the buttons a few times to get the elevator to come. Ridiculously expensive sundry store. Housekeeping "OK" but not great and the room wasn't cleaned final day which wasn't cool. Not the best hot water or bathrooms (OLD and dirty). Have to walk by/past smoking area to get to pools. Hidden costs and fees. Not so great internet. Positives: Great location to Disney Springs (if that's important to you). Just a short safe walk with bridges over the busy roads. The pool complex is very nice with two great pools, dual hot tubs, nice bar/restaurant with excellent service, plenty of chairs/towels/umbrella's, etc. Easy to get Uber/Taxi in front of hotel. Conference areas were newer and staff was responsive. I was given two complimentary bottles of water upon check-in. I spent almost $1600 for my stay and my company spend over $1,000,000. When I asked for another couple bottles of water the second/third day I was told "NO". I complained about it...and wasn't given any more water. I know they may have their policies but to not give me a .15 cent bottle of water (they were like $4.00 in the store!) seemed cheap and petty. None of the rooms have a very good view and don't pay extra for a "view" of Disney. Isn't worth it. Overall disappointing for what I paid, and this hotel really REALLY needs a complete makeover (or tear it down and start over). Collapse
Great Location but needs an update.

My wife and I stayed here for an evening when we were spending the day and night at Disney Springs. First the positive points. The hotel is located directly across the Street from Disney Springs and is a short easy walk from the hotel. The walk has 2 connecting bridges to take you over the busy street so the walk really is nice. You really can’t stay any closer. If you are going to Disney Springs then this is a good location. The hotel was fine. Nothing spectacular. I thought the room price was about 15% too much based on the room and we got a favorable rate. I thought the $30 resort fee was a little much for what we received (for us 2 coffees and 2 bottled waters). Our room really felt dated. It was like it had not been upgraded since 1994. We could have used more linens/comforter/blanket as our bed was somewhat lacking. The room was just ok. I just expected a little more from a Hilton. The service was very good and the staff was helpful. When we were there, it appeared to cater to school/team/youth groups. Nothing wrong with that, it just seemed everyone was with an organization.
