Room was amazingly large (family suite) super clean with fantastic beds. Loved the hotel Collapse

The hotel is located just across the water from the madness which is perfect you can retreat to peace and quiet when you’ve had enough. The boat transfer the Hilton provide is fantastic it runs from early morning to late and is consistently on time. For €7.50 per person for the duration of your stay it’s a bargain. After reading other comments on the executive lounge I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. While it is a narrow room off the main lobby it is quiet and there are great views. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection and found the staff very attentive. The room was spacious, clean and although we didn’t get the upgrade I’d tried to book it was still a fabulous room. The fitness suite is small but well stocked and absolutely spotless. My partner used the spa facilities and again we are very impressed. Overall this is a great hotel and I’m looking forward to coming back. Collapse

The hotel Hilton Molino Stucky was really a great time to stay. We had a Deluxe King with view, great room and enough space and you have a great view over Venice from the Skyline Rooftop Bar, our favourite place to be. Unfortunately our first good impression of the room was blown away when we opened the mini bar and found a plastic sack with mold fruit in it. For this category of hotel a clear No Go! Room slipper too, no sight of them. In a room with carpet, a must have! One call at the reception and they where in a few minutes there. After the schock with the mold fruit we enjoyed our stay. We travel a lot so the schock was for a short time. You can't have it as you have it back home is our motto. The Atomic Restaurant was ok. First course - just a dream. Main dish beef tenderloin - a disaster! We returned the food as ordered medium we've got it medium well. The new medium tenderloin was again medium well. They tried to say that the meat we have got was medium until we showed them some pictures how medium must be. Suddenly the head waiter showed understanding and offered us some cheese. This too is for this category of hotel a No Go. With this small negative moments we will come back for sure if we will visit Venice once more. Collapse

This hotel offers great rooftop views (pool, bar, & room). Our room overlooked the Grand Canal, which was fabulous. Several cafes serving mainly locals are a short walk of 300 meters away. Breakfast was as good as any that I've had anywhere with so many choices it is hard to imagine a person looking for a certain flavor that couldn't find something they liked. Room was large & comfortable, but I'm giving it 2 stars because we could hear the entire conversation of the people in the adjoining room, and we could also hear the people on the other side with no adjoining room. Soundproofing needs to be added between the walls and/or in the ceiling area. Our neighbors conversing at normal voice levels caused restless periods that I just don't expect from a Hilton level hotel. Collapse
