Hilton The Hague is well situated at the end of Noordeinder and within walking distance of everything worth seeing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is dark and moody; very nice. Our room, 450 was large and light. The bed was firm and comfortable and the bathroom well-designed. The double shower was really nice and the bath comfortable and quick to fill. The amenities are suitable but their quantity feels a little mean. The towels were large and fluffy. The bathroom lighting wasn't ideal for for applying make up so we made do with natural light in the main room. The minibar is well-stocked and the television was enormous. The room had a nice little desk. Breakfast was terrific. The buffet had a wide range and each day we set out full of quality tasty food. The free wifi wasn't blisteringly fast, but it's suitable for most needs. The desk staff were really helpful and attentive. Everything was well presented and clean. The impression is of quality, class and relaxation. We'll return here for sure. Collapse

Stayed for 2 nights before the final of the women's Euros. The hotel was perfect. The room was great, and the bed very comfy. All amenities you would need were available, and the shower was brilliant, very powerful. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of different food available in a buffet, all very delicious. The location was great, right next to the town but only a 45 minute walk to the beach. The staff were all really friendly, and I was very impressed with the celebratory drinks for the Women's team making it to the final of the tournament. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and would highly recommend it. Collapse
An okay four-star hotel

The craziest thing about this hotel and its management, was that they had these big bottles of water in the room with a price tag on them, stating 5-6 euro per bottle, which is okay, but then there were smaller bottles of water on which they had these leaflet saying with big letters 'COMPLIMENTARY WATER'. Look, this is just water and many hotels gives many things as complimentary (hotels in Italy, gave a complimentary bottle of red wine), so therefore I am not going to read your terms and conditions on your water, when you are giving such leaflet with such statement in bold. Once I was checking-out, I was told that I had to pay for these bottles and the reason was that it is only for 'club members' to have the complimentary. It is so ridiculous.. We are talking about water as a privilege for your club members? CHEAP as hell. You actually tricked me in with your nonsense, even if its just 8 euros or whatever for couple bottles of water, but it wasn't my choice to Buy that water, especially when Netherlands have such a good and clean tap water. In general, the room was a bit too moody (the lighting a bit dark). At some points even terrible (by the mirrors), you cannot normally shave or put make-up on, since once you get closer to mirror your face gets in a shadow. Besides that, everything was okay, bartender and room service gave a very good service. I don't think this is near 5 star hotel, but its an okay 4-star hotel. Collapse

From the time we arrived to the time we departed the Staff were great and very attentive. We chose to drive so the valet parking was slick and easy and it was great to know the car was secure. We chose the executive room and were not disappointed with its location close to the lounge was advantageous and the lounge amenities were of a high standard with the Staff welcoming on every visit. The hotel is located close to many of the sights you go to The Hague to see and we even walked to the sea approx 4 to 5 Km. For the not so nimble there is g good frequent tram service. I have no hesitation in staying over again such was my positive experience. Collapse

My visit in Hilton The Hague is rather dissapointing Objections that have arised: the main room - no slippers, a beds were made without care, and bedding was creased. bathroom - only one shower gel and shampoon staff – during check out the staff at the reception give me an extra 38 euros bill for mini-bar that has not been used. I was not even apologised for the obvious mistake, or lack of good will. I am more than surprised with this kind of behaviour. A week later, I have noticed that my credit card was blocked for approx. 115 euros. Of course, I made a call to the hotel in order to ask why the amount of money, that I mentioned above was blocked. Unfortunately, I did not get any reasonable answer. I sent an email but I did not get any answer. Localization is very good, a breakfast too. Collapse
