Great hotel, staff and location. Very clean and modern. The rooms were quite nice and very well-maintained. The staff were attentive and freindly. They accomated a very early arrival and late depature. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Bikes are availble for a low cost from the front desk (the best way to go around town...even out to the beach...a quick 18 minute ride on bike trails). The bar at the hotel has a great vibe and excellent staff...with some nice twists on some classic cocktails. Highly recommend. Collapse

The hotel is located very close to the old town, proof of that is a self guided walking tour that you start in front of the hotel - just ask the map for the reception. I also recognized as a frequent customer and got my free upgrade to the 5th floor and the key for the business lounge what was awesome. I did not get my welcome bottles of water, nonetheless I have asked one person from the staff and called the reception desk, so I picked the bottles at the ground floor. This is not a bad thing but maybe they could not have forget it twice. The breakfast was very good. Recommend it and my next time at The Hague I will stay at Hilton again! Collapse

I stayed at this hotel for four days from September 19 to 22, 2017, due to an international meeting held at the hotel. I had complete satisfaction with my stay. The location of the hotel in the city of Hague is very good and the interior and exterior of the hotel is in total suitable. In terms of the interior facilities of the rooms, the daily requirement of a passenger who has been accommodated for work in the hotel is expected to have basic equipment. I liked the breakfast room very much. A semi-modern space with a view of the pretty and quiet Dutch town of The Hague. It was very enjoyable for me to go by bicycle and walking around when they ate breakfast. The menu was full of breakfast and quality food. The lunch menu was a bit limited but satisfying. I did not try dinner at this hotel. Room space did not seem to have had enough silence. Maybe it was my chance that the source of noise was near my room. The behavior of the personnel was friendly and they did their best to respond when questioned. Instead of using a paper towel, this hotel used a series of square towels measuring 26 centimeters across 26 cm in sanitary facilities, which was fresh for me, and it seems to me to be a beauty worker to reduce the felling of trees and the production of garbage. Because I am working in the R & D department of an oil and gas company, and I am one of the major bidders in my organization, I suggested using anti-bacterial nano towels. If I'm not mistaken, the hotel rooms lacked slippers that made it difficult for me because I had only one shoe!. The hotel is also well-equipped for a limited seminar, for example, 80 people with a small 20-person workshop. Collapse

PROS: 1. Luxuries hotel, nice ambience. 2. Rooms are good, in house fridge offers variety of items. 3. Bathrooms are good, spoil yourself with the great comfort. 4. Taxis available right opposite to the hotel. 5. Tram station & bust stations are 5 mins walk from the hotel. CONS: 1. Room tariff does not include breakfast, which is strange for this standard of hotel. 2. Food in the restaurant is over expensive and not good. Collapse
