Clean. Nice Rooms. Appears to be well maintained. Dinner in restaurant was good. Also has bar and a Costa Coffee bar. Breakfast not included in rate (I left before breakfast anyway so it didn't matter). Not much within close walking area so plan accordingly for meals. Good/Free wifi. From Heathrow T2/T3 Central Bus Station take the FREE bus 285 (stand 19) to Envoy Avenue stop. Hotel on your left. Short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Hatton Cross Tube/bus station. Hoppa bus from Heathrow has service to the door but costs 5 pounds and schedule not as frequent as the 285. This was my second stay prior to a morning flight. When I checked in, the agent welcomed me back and thanked me for choosing the Garden Inn again. Sometimes, those little things make the difference. Collapse
Close to Heathrow Airport but not noisy

We stayed here for one night for the rugby at Twickenham. From start to finish the staff at this hotel were superb and everyone in our party commented on the customer service and the number of staff on duty. The hotel was well equipped to deal with a busy level of guests - plenty of people on the bar, in the restaurant and on reception. We opted for £12 breakfast and £19.95 3 course dinner - amazing amazing amazing - very good value for money. Parking is also good value for money £12 for a day as a guest but if you want to travel into London or anywhere there is a tube station just 2 minutes walk away - Hatton Cross. We travelled to the hotel from central London without an issue. Excellent hotel - one of the best in the area. Collapse

My husband and I arrived around 10:30 p.m. with our rental car. We were unsure about where to park so I pushed the intercom button out in the parking lot. No one answered after I rang it a few times so I ran in to find out. We then parked and entered the lobby. I was asked my name - I had done the pre-check-in online so I was just handed an envelope with my room entry cards (no greeting - that's it? It seemed a little impersonal but perhaps that system works when it's busy). I asked if we had a quiet room and he said that it was not by the elevator, so it would be quiet. Only thing is - the man in the room next to us was a terrible snorer. It was really hard to sleep (and I was using Noisli, the white noise app on my phone). I put my pillow at the bottom of the bed so that I would be a little further from the wall. He and his wife got up at 6:30 a.m. and spoke in very loud voices. Outside our room, in the the hall, after midnight, there were very loud voices - there seemed to be a school trip and there were young teenaged kids, shouting in happy voices in the room opposite ours - with their door open (normally I wouldn't mind - but it was really late). I told them to be quiet and they did comply. The price was very good for the room (we are Hilton members and we paid 56 pounds with an additional 12 pounds for parking). Walls between rooms are not thick so if you are bothered by snoring in other rooms, keep this in mind. Beds were great, in-room coffee and tea were appreciated. Location is very close to the Hatton Cross tube station - our daughters came from downtown London the next morning to meet up with us - before we started our road trip. Collapse

It was my second stay at this hotel within a year. I needed a place close to Heathrow for a night as I was flying out early. I also like the hotel because it's walking distance from the the Hatton Cross station (service to Heathrow and London on the Piccadilly line). Not much around so grab food from elsewhere otherwise you're stuck with the hotel restaurant. I had to change my flight home due to weather so I went to the front desk to extend my stay by one night. Done. I would stay here again if I have to fly out of Heathrow in the early morning. Collapse
