We were far from anything interesting to visit in Dubai. There were no convenient transfers provided by the hotel for a tour of the Dubai. Breakfast was delicious, but the same every day. Collapse

Good decent hotel in good area but Hotel is not maintaining their standard. I am here from 14-19 August 2017. And booked 2 rooms. - When I was checked in we didn’t get room till 4pm where check in time is 3pm !!! - There aren’t some basic amenities here like no shaving kit, grooming kit, room slippers, no turn down service and many things. - One day we goes at beach and in return it’s 10:35am, breakfast timings are till 10:30am so when we reached they all ready wrapped it up, we requested for some tea, toasts and butter only but they directly denied with no courtesy at all. - I uploaded one photo in which you can see some garbage and used dishes in room lobby it’s have been there more than 12hrs no one has there to clean this. - They also has staff problems bellboy is standing some times at reception so when you need him may be he is not available and have to carry your luggage by your self because bell boy is on the reception!!! Travelled to Dubai for a 2 day business meeting. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. TV channels didn't have a wide selection though. Centrally located and basically close enough to everywhere including the airport.

My recent stay at the HILTON DUBAI AL MINAA. 21st July 2017 - Friday. I made the booking over just one phone call without negotiating the price. 1) I had requested a KING ROOM, but may be,due to non availability of rooms, i was offered a TWIN room, which I accepted . However i was disappointed when i entered the room, as there was no bathtub present, which shows clearly online on all websites, showcasing your property as an option. I also did not understand how the room was not available at the property when it was showing online availability on the websites. This is STRANGE. 2) As soon as i checked in, within a matter of a few minutes, i was at the bar on the ground floor. My wife and myself were seated for quite some time and it was really shocking as the bar had been unattended during that period of time. There was also another family in the bar. We had waited for so long, that i actually called the reception from the BAR phone and asked if the bar was SELF SERVICE and FREE. After the call, the bar tender did walk into the bar and did not even have the courtesy to greet us. it was like he completely ignored us like we weren't present. This really infuriated me, but i left the bar without saying or mentioning anything to any senior. But he did serve the other family which was present in the bar. This is RUDE and uncalled for. 3) Later that evening i was leaving the hotel to have dinner and thought of popping into the bar for a drink with my wife, and to my dismay, it was still unattended. 4) The quality of breakfast was absolutely Average. the food options were meagre, not to mention the service which was also pathetic. When we entered the restaurant, there was tables uncleared with cutlery lying around. None of the staff deemed it necessary to clear and relay the tables as it was still early until the breakfast ended. 5) There was no dryer in the room, so i had to call the reception to request one, because house keeping was not answering. My call to reception on saturday morning, was answered in an extremely unprofessional and casual way. No Greeting and words like "YA" & "OK".!!! Allow me to point out too that, the House keeping staff are excellent, who provided us the toiletries on time. Also was the Filipino room service attendant. Not forgetting the courteous Indian server in the restaurant (during breakfast), who were all, amongst the ONLY staff who actually greeted us. I apologize for not remembering their names. When is was checking out from the hotel the next day, i mentioned to the front of house staff about my observations. There was a front office attendant called AHMED, who gave me the property General Managers Email Address - (someone called Mr.TAMER). However, there is no point in writing to them as they never respond back to your feedback. I just want to bring to your attention, that, for a 4 star category hotel, this property is a complete disaster. There is a complete lack of courtesy, professionalism and acknowledgement from your staff towards the guest. It is like no one is bothered about the guest. We did not get the service which we expected - especially when we are paying a good price. Collapse

This place is away from the noisy downtown and offers you a calming environment to be in after you are back from a tiring tour of the city. Staff are very friendly and place offers nice food as well. Highly recommended place!
