I just checked-out couple days ago, and to be honest I wasn't very happy with my stay. During the checked-in, the staff recognizes my elite status from HHonors, however no room upgrade was given. After having seen the room and complaining about how small the working desk was, I was given to the next category room, however only with twin bed since during the day there was no more deluxe king room available. WiFi connection was OK, I didn't encounter any problem with speed or connectivity. The room itself was slightly larger and located on the 3rd floor. The hotel is located very close to Brussels Noord station (probably around 10 minutes walk) and there is a metro / subway station in front of the hotel as well. And those were the positives about the hotel. Now the negatives: - Ice machine in 3rd floor didn't work and looking at the dust on it, seems it was broken since months ago. - Breakfast room was only open partially. The result was overcrowded breakfast room at certain time in the morning and some people have to wait (!!) while the other half of the breakfast room was closed. I wasn't on that queue, but this is a big NO-GO for Hilton! - Breakfast choice was very poor, it is more Garden Inn / Hampton level. - Staffs in the breakfast room were all in rush since they apparently lack of person. It's just not enough having 3 or 4 staffs serving 60 to 70 tables. - Power plug / telephone plug in my room was partially broken. - Air conditioning is not working correctly, it is either lukewarm or 'luke-cold'. Conclusion: I'm not necessarily avoiding this hotel, but the next time I'm in Brussel I'll look for another options and Hilton Brussels City wouldn't be on my top list. They might consider to downgrade themselves to Hilton Garden Inn, instead of Hilton. Collapse

The Hilton Brussels City is located within a five minutes walk from the Station Nord in Brussels. The Hilton city fully matches the traditional standard of the Hilton chain that I rely on. Even though my room was a little bit small, it was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was excellent and I could sleep well. The bathroom was fine and the breakfast buffet was good for European standard. The staff was very friendly, helpful and similing. Collapse

Stayed here for one night for a business trip. Arrived with the Thalys at Brussels Midi. It just takes you one tram ride (5 stops) to get to the hotel. The handeling at the service desk was professional. I had checked in already through the Hilton app and so picked my own room. After quick check up I got my keycard. The room itself at the 5th floor was good and looked modern. The bed slept well. The Bathroom was well equipped and in good and clean condition. The next morning I had breakfast at the restaurant, they offered plenty of choices. It is easy to travel out of this hotel to where ever you want to be in Brussels. Just catch the metro or tram at the station at the square where the hotel is located. The check out went also very smooth. Collapse

This hotel I have been coming to almost every week, once or twice. A great place I can say by now as I have been here more than 100 times in the past two years. I can only say that I have come across some of the most competent staff in Hiltons. I have always been made feeling welcome and they always try to make it right. A few mentions are worthwhile for their above and beyond: Sofia, Mr. Mustapha, Benjamin, Melissa, Mathijs. Thanks everyone, keep up the good work! Collapse
