Not pleased with the stay - service levels poor - would not return - Restaurant run as a motor way café. Hotel not sure what the Hilton policies are and were very cost conscious - and customer service was not a priority for them.

I picked this hotel for its location at the airport. If you go by car, it can be a bit difficult to find, so check it out on the map before. The access road is ridiculously narrow, covered in overgrown hedges. Considering this is the main excess to the hotel and the headquarters of Flybe, it is totally inadequate for the flow of traffic. There is building works going on but it did not disturb me because I had a lovely quiet room overlooking the fields and the runway approach. Very good sound proofing. Room was clean and basic, good beds and adequate bath room with very good water pressure. Breakfast was nothing special, but it filled a hole. Was included, I would not pay more than 8 Pounds for it. Wifi signal was good and free of charge, plenty of free parking. One major fault for the travelling salesman: you can´t hook up your laptop to the TV as it has been blocked, making Netflix and YouTube viewing on the big screen impossible. Considering this is a new hotel, quite disappointing that they are sabotaging modern technology. Collapse

I flew into Exeter on business from Newcastle on Monday evening (for a lot less than money than the train) and stayed at this hotel on the airport complex There is a shuttle bus operates between terminal and hotel and it was there as soon as I arrived. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was very good. Large bed, good wardrobe space, air conditioned, great walk in shower, good quality toiletries, tea and coffee etc (no fridge) Breakfast was buffet style but with good choice of hot cooked and cold and nice quality. Very good bread for toast They booked a taxi into Exeter which arrived on time for me Really like this hotel and helpful staff. Great place for business travellers and also anyone on a stop over in Exeter for an early flight Will stay here again. Collapse

Travelled by car and easy to locate on sat nav from the motorways and a quiet location next to Exeter airport . You could walk from the airport to the hotel in several minutes if you did not have a car and we saw a few flight staff staying in the hotel- did not hear one aircraft noise during our stop over! Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Booked 2 twin rooms next to each other on 1st floor, overlooking a car park but with lovely views of countryside. Tea/coffee making facilities in room and iron with ironing board proved useful. Didn't like sliding door arrangement/ space saving idea to bathroom as when you slid the door open, it banged loudly into frame unless you held the door and very carefully manually slid to closed position. When bathroom door was closed, it exposed the wardrobe. When bathroom door was open, the door then became the closed wardrobe. But other than that niggle, the room was spacious, clean and soft on the eyes. There was a safe but no fridge noticed. Double shower with on the wall shower gel/shampoo dispensers. Again, for the sink, there was a wall soap dispenser/hand cream. Obviously more economical than the complimentary toiletries used in other establishments. Lots of plug sockets for mobile phones/electrical gadgets and good lighting for soft or brighter options. TV and heating/aircon . Breakfast was included in our room rate £125 per twin room, not cheap but the breakfast helped soften the price as there was plenty of choice. Juices/teas/coffee machines/toast/croissants/cakes/hot buffet /cold platters of hams/cheeses/rolls/cereals/yogurts. I enjoyed the buffet of scrambled eggs/grilled tomatoes/bacon/sausage/mushrooms. Spacious open reception/lounge areas, one end of this huge area is where the breakfast is served. Polite and helpful staff added to this enjoyable one night's stay. Would stay again and recommend. Good facilities and staff

Pre flight stay. Efficient check in, good clean and equipped as you'd expect room. Restaurant fairly priced with decent selection, same story for the bar. Breakfast options ok, though hot breakfast ahead of early flights would be an improvement.
